Title: Can’t Use iPhone Speaker Anymore — Great Interface, But Not for Quick Practice or Casual Playing
Review: I’ve used the original iRig HD for years and loved how easy it made things. I could plug in my guitar, launch an app, and play through my iPhone’s speaker—no headphones required. It was perfect for practicing or jotting down quick ideas wherever I happened to be.I picked up the iRig HD X expecting more of the same, but it turns out the new features come at a cost. Because it includes a headphone jack, iOS now routes all audio through the device. That means you can’t hear anything from your phone’s speaker anymore. Headphones or an external output are required.If you’re using it for more structured recording sessions, this might be exactly what you need. But for simple, portable use? The original iRig HD is still more functional.I’ll be returning the HD X and sticking with what works. For studio work, I’ve got a separate interface. For everything else, the original iRig still does the job beautifully.

Review: Ich habe das Interface primär gekauft um beim Üben mit dem Bass mittels Handy Beats etc nutzen und beides über Kopfhöhrer hören zu können. Auf einem alten Ipad 4 war keine merkliche Latenz wobei sich das jedoch nur auf den Ausgang der Software mit den Beats bezieht, da ich den Bass auf Thu geschaltet habe (hätte im Zweifelsfalle Hardware Effekte von Eventide und TC zur Hand). Interessanterweise wurde das Interface auch auf einem alten Samsung Galaxy S8 erkannt.Die Soundqualität ist absolut in Ordnung, kein Übermäßiges Rauschen wenn der Eingang nicht runter geregelt wird. Schön ist, dass der Einganspoti vor dem Wandler ist und es zudem noch einen Ausgangsgainregler gibt.Zum abitionierten bis professionellen Aufnehmem wird wohl kaum jemand zu diesem Interface greifen. Hier kommt dann Studioequipment zum Einsatz.Als Möglichkeit ein elektronisches GErät mobil mit Einbinden in in DAW’s die auf dem Handy laufen zu benutzen lohnt sich die Investition auf jeden Fall.

Review: Marki IK Multimedia, nie trzeba przedstawiać. A sam iRig? Małe, poręczne urządzenie w metalowej, solidnej obudowie. Podłączysz go do iPad-a, do iPhone-a, do Mac-a – nawet z procesorem M. Do PC nie podłączałem, ale producent mówi, że też nie ma problemu. Prosty w obsłudze, wszystko działa jak należy. Komplet kabelków do podłączania w zestawie, wszystko solidnej jakości, nawet opakowanie fabryczne. Jeszcze dostaniesz orpogramowanie do komputera po zakupie i rejestracji na stronach producenta! A Amplitube dla iOS/iPadOS masz za darmo z tym interfejsem. Jakość dźwięku – świetna. Polecam.
