Review: This is the best deck box so far. I have the larger “commander pro” variant which is also nice but this box is perfect. Holds 100 double sleeved cards with a little room for tokens. The brick sleeve it comes with is slim and excellent. I can’t recommend this particular box enough to commander MTG players.

Title: Almost perfect
Review: Almost perfect, I really like that it fits the mini snap cases as those are my favorite to use for playing and there are many deck boxes that support that size. Unfortunately my deck box came with a dent beneath the window which is a little disappointing and why it’s not getting 5 stars. I wish it also didn’t say mage tech on the side to keep the design clean.

Review: Perfect size, less cumbersome than the larger variant with the dice tray in. Protects cards equally well and functions as well as any other deck box, reasonable value for money if this deck box is what you’re specifically looking for but you can get a lot cheaper if you look.

Review: One of my biggest gripes is card games that come with unfriendly packaging that makes it difficult to put cards back in quickly, neatly and easily (I’m looking at you Uno, Monopoly Bid etc.)This is where these Mage Tech cases are absolutely amazing. Each box can hold cards for 2 of these type of games. Cards are protected and each game can be separated using the included dividers. It makes them perfect for travel.The case itself is well made, with a grippy, tactile finish on the outside and a nice soft velvety microfibre finish inside. Your cards are guaranteed to be kept safe. The box is quite roomy and does seem to be geared towards wider cards as my Uno sets do have a lot of space to the side. The box also has a window on the front with a sturdy plastic sleeve for a ‘window’ card that you would want to show off. I’m most likely to just write the names of the games that I have stored in the box. It’s a nice idea and geared more towards using these for display since the window is the weakest part of the box. The magnetic lid has a very secure fit and is unlikely to open even if stored in a rucksack or thrown about when traveling. The lid is longer on one side with an additional crease because it has been cleverly designed to fold under the box so you can deal cards straight out of the box! An ingenious little design clearly by someone who loves their card games and knows exactly who the target market is.I think this is a great idea. I love the size and sturdiness of this box and will definitely be buying more in the future! At £14.99 (at time of review) it may seem a little expensive but it’s a well made, sturdy box that will protect it’s contents. I think it offers good value.
