Review: The product is overall nice, however I received 11 cracked flutes. I ordered two boxes, one was fine, no issues at all, but the second box unfortunately included these 11 flutes which were cracked. I can’t use them and the event is in a couple of days. Hoping for a message from the seller to see how can we address the issue.
