Title: Exasperating!
Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quickest delivery which was FedX and package block steps to porch.   I am updating that I was offered replacement of chair and no need to return because they could not provide hardware. I opened it on my porch and it was heavier than I thought. The website show directions to assemble but the directions that came with it were confusing. The back had an attachments to both sides but I couldn’t figure which side was up, with straight rail or curved rail. I looked at photo on Amazon. Attaching the seat was very challenging. I did it alone but highly advise to have two people when assembling. The legs and arm part were almost impossible to get lined up. Once assemble it looked great and was comfortable. Then I realized my screws were all used up and I only had enough for one chair. I went to Amazon and tried to get missing parts. I typed my message to seller but after trying to send 3 times I called Amazon customer service. She wanted to walk me through procedure but I only have phone, no computer. Called company. Only to go on a chat. Got a message. I see upon checking our parts inventory, we do not source the hardware. As a one-time courtesy, we can provide you a 15% partial refund which is equivalent to $12.00. If you are able to outsource the hardware to your local store. The refund will be credited to your origin mode of payment. I declined. I will buy chairs in future from local stores. Not on Amazon or Best Choice Products. 😕Â

Title: Low seating position
Review: Relatively easy to assemble but I recommend having someone help and if you have a drill with a hex bit that fits, use it! The issue we have with these, and we bought 8 :/ – is that they seem to be short when you sit. We have a table that’s 29.5″ high which is fairly standard but the chairs are an inch or two too low and you feel like you’re a little kid at the table, especially if you’re shorter. We purchased 3″ cushions and we hope that will fix this problem. The only other concerns are rust issues after rain and sturdiness for larger folks. Did we buy the wrong chairs???

Title: Very disapointed
Review: Very disappointed. Whoever is in charge of quality control did not do a good job. Holes were missed aligned and chairs are not balanced. Not comfortable. If I did not have them put together I would send them back.

Title: RUST!
Review: The chairs are perfect for my area, there are some definite design flaws though. RUST! When it rains, water seeps into the arms and legs and rusts. The rust then comes out of the legs and arms, staining my floor. We’ve been trying to find where the water is getting in to seal it, but it’s an ongoing battle. The other flaw is they are not stackable as the description says. The only way to stack them is to turn one upside down, so only 2 are stackable at a time.
