Review: As far as retro running shoes go I think these are going to be one of the best you could get if you are doing any serious athletic work. The other brands of retro shoes are just going to be an EVA sole shoe and its not the best for any serious running. You have to go with a Nike Air or Asics Gel sole! These Asics Gel shoes are outstanding! I can feel a big difference between the Asics Gels and my New Balance shoes with just EVA soles. These Asics are like walking on clouds! When I used to run cross country doing about 70 miles a week Asics Gels did me very well and Im still sticking with them after all these years they are still the best!

Title: Thank goodness for ‘classic’ color schemes.
Review: Don’t know why, but most modern running shoes color schemes look like somebody ate a box of crayons, and barfed all over the shoes (looking at you, US Marines). These are good quality shoes, with a color scheme that anyone over the age of 30 can wear without feeling like a clown show escapee. RECOMMENDED!

Title: Great shoes
Review: Asics have been a favorite since I started cross country in high school 15 years ago. I don’t run much anymore but the quality and comfor can’t be beat. I’ve tried Adidas, Saucony and Nike and none of them are as comfortable or last as long.

Title: They look & feel great
Review: I really like these, ASICS gel sneakers are generally great with the only failing generally being that the shoe tread and the inner soles can wear out too fast. If you don’t wear them day after day, they might last you a bit longer. The ASICS line of running shoes by comparison will last significantly longer.
