Reviewer: Where did on this for over two weeks the tracking all I would say is it came from Guatemala with no updates for today it says will be delivered at 2:30 today then a 230 says it’s delivered never arrived. When I contacted customer service. They couldn’t even tell me who is delivering the package. I know the package wasn’t delivered because I have cameras on my front door my back door all they could say I was lost. What a waste of time.

Review: this item worked really well ! I have no problems so far I just got it yesterday set up process went smoothly only thing is I couldn’t set my iPad up with my phone because it’s not updated enough for me to do so if you want your phone to be just like your iPad I suggest you get a newer version ! Good battery life ! Nice sound, no scratches It don’t come with a charger though & the quality camera isn’t all that good I wouldn’t take no pictures with that lol but this is a good iPad !

Title: Not Totally Refurbished
Review: Apple has locked me out of this iPad and refuses to let me back in because, they said, “you used your iPad to recover your iPhone.” I did NOT do this because I have never had an iPhone. Apparently, whoever was the PREVIOUS owner of this “refurbished” iPad used it to recover his/her iPhone. I have been on the phone with Apple support 4 times for a total of about 6 hours. I have sent them my Amazon receipt proving that I am the owner. Apple will not unlock it. I spent $103.59 on this device on November 15, 2024. I have requested an invoice from XXSUS LLC and have heard nothing from them. This iPad is useless. I am MOST unhappy.
