Title: Title: Received a defective pump – customer support refused to replace it
Review: Review:I received a defective pump as part of this order. I contacted customer support and simply asked to replace the faulty pump — not the entire mattress. They refused and told me to return the whole thing, which is extremely heavy and expensive to ship back. This is unacceptable.I even took the pump to a technician who confirmed it’s defective. Still, no solution was offered other than returning the entire set. I’m very disappointed both with the product quality and with the customer service. I expected much better from this seller.
