Title: Water leak peace of mind
Review: YoLink has many home monitoring systems including water links, video and thermostats. I use only the water leak detection system. The system uses an app to program and control leak detectors that automatically detect and send notifications to email and mobile phone. I also installed an online inline automated water valve to turn off the water if a leak is detected. I have placed a detector near the washing machine, the refrigerator and dishwasher, and the water heater. Basically, anywhere there could be water leaks, there is a small detector. The detectors also have great range. I even put one near the intake from the well to monitor for frozen pipes.The system works extremely well. It will also connect to the internet to allow for online control anywhere there is internet. However, internet is NOT needed for the system to detect and turn off the water. But is needed for online control and notification. Not sure if you can set up for a phone call notification.The valve cutoffs are very good quality and work flawlessly. I have the model that allows you to simply fit it to the existing cutoff valve. This setup allows for a simple install usually without a plumber. There is also an improved inline cutoff valve that sadly was not available when I installed my system. This newer improved model completely replaced the existing cutoff valve. Or you could install the new inline valve in addition to the existing valve. Mine is in the pump house but it can easily be installed in the water cutoff box coming from the street.The system worked well for multiple years until I began having “detector offline” notifications. YoLink support worked immediately with me to diagnose and solve the issue. They even added an additional hub at their expense.All in, a very well designed and constructed system with excellent customer support. The app is also top quality. I would definitely recommend YoLink for instant peace of mind that your home will not be flooded while at work or traveling.

Title: Great hub – easy setup and works perfectly

Title: Worked fine for IoT
Review: Came up nice and simple in the app, one of the smoother dumb-smart devices. Flow meter took a second but also attached fine. Yolink is supposed to be good with Home Assistant, will find out this summer and report if not.

Title: Good product but could be better
Review: I got this device because the older version did not have direct (cable) internet capability. The inability of these devices to connect to Wi-Fi systems faster than 2.4 GHz is a real problem. Fortunately, if you connect to your router using a cable, you can connect to routers faster than 2.4 GHz. The other issue is the app. The app is weak, and it may take several tries (delete & add device) to get it and any sensors to work. The third issue I have is that the basic model no longer has a siren. So, you need to buy a different hub to get the siren or you need to buy a separate siren like I did.If you can overlook these issues, then you will be happy. I use mine to protect my car at night, and it allowed me to catch 3 young men breaking into my car two weeks after I got the unit. The siren went off, and I scared them off, gun in hand. Since then, there have been no more attempted break-ins.

Title: Yolink range is impressive, as is battery life on the sensors
Review: Using this hub with a door sensor to monitor my mail box. Had tried several other sensors and they always had issue reliably detecting the opening/closing. Probably partially due to the signal needing to go through my metal garage door on it’s way back.This has been 100% since I installed it and the batteries seem to last forever.

Title: Nice, long range hub for Yolink!
Review: Overall, the hub has been great. Setup was super easy – added to network, and linked 2 temperature sensors for freezers. The sensors are about 40 feet away from the hub and connection is fairly stable. We’ve had a couple of drops of the connection of the sensor, but a quick button push gets them back online, and I am notified when they disconnect.

Le conecté dos sensores de energía y lo reconoció de inmediato.La aplicación está muy intuitiva. Y buena calidad de los productos, el HUB, el cable de alimentación y el eliminador de corriente. Todo de excelente calidad. El Hub y 1 sensor los puse en la Oficina y el otro sensor de energía en la farmacia que queda a 1 cuadra de la oficina. Gran alcance.

Review: Needed this to act as a hub for a smart thermometer which I had bought for monitoring freezer temperature. Installation was very simple using the free app. Range is great so there was no problem finding somewhere to have it sit out of the way. It supports multiple devices so can be used for other smart devices.
