Title: Engineered by an engineer
Review: Only an engineer who had no intention of assembling this set would have done it this way. Too bad Amazon does not have the option of ZERO Stars for “Easy to Assemble”. The location of the connection points is a knuckle scraper…keep BAND ADE’s handy. The supplied Allen wrench does not conform to SAE standards. It’s coated with film to make to shine…some one thought that was a good idea…it is not, it’s a real pain to insert. Luckily, I have a set of 1/4″ drive SAE Allen heads, socket driver and socket in my workshop. You will be happier if you do too! Allocate 4-6 hours to complete setup…unless you are not mechanically inclined and need to re-read the instructions 20+ times…it will take longer…perhaps days. When all is said and done, it is a sturdy and attractive set at the price.

Title: Don’t do it.
Review: Just spent the better part of the day assembling, both chairs and love seat went together great. Just finished the table, one leg is shorter then the other, significantly. Not very happy. I live with it or spend the rest of the day disassembling and packing it up to return. Save your money. Its a shame, it looked great.Â

Review: Some difficulty on one chair lining up on one hole. Otherwise absolutely great. We have a whole set: love seat, 2 rockers, 2 chairs., small corner table and rectangular coffee (wine) table.

Title: Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
Review: Our furniture delivered a bit damaged more to the fault of shipping company then the supplier. That said ensuring 100% satisfaction this company sympathised with us needing this for a New Years party and expedited a replacement FREE OF CHARGE. I will buy again from them. Only when something goes wrong do you know who the great vendors are. Amazing quality/ 5 Star customer service and we had a beautiful sitting area for our guests!

Title: This furniture is not meant to last.
Review: When I first got this furniture I noticed that it doen’tr feel very sturdy. I got compliments on how it looks and like the looks myself. Well, there is more to it than first impressions. The cushions stain easily and after one Summer I feel embarrassed at their appearance. It was never very comfortable and the back cushions easily fall. If I was going to do it again, I would purchasedsomething else.
