Title: Great Chromebook Replacement Charger
Review: My oldest daughter lost the charger for her school issued Lenovo Chromebook. Well she left it at school and I’m sure another kid took it home. I had to figure out which USB C charger was the right one and I figured out this was the best option. The previous charger she got from school was 45W since I had my younger daughter’s charger to compare with along with all the other input and output specifications. I was skeptical at first because this charger said 45W and 65W so I had to do a Google search. I found out the Chromebook would charge at 45W and might charge a little faster. The higher wattage wouldn’t impact the Chromebook since the voltage and amps were the same range as the Lenovo charger. I gave this charger a shot since the Chromebook model was also listed.This is a very good quality charger for the price and it gets the job done. It does look a little different in design from the Lenovo charger. The USB C end comes straight out of the A/C adapter (instead of a 90 degree turn) and the wall section of the cord has 3 prongs that plug into the A/C adapter as well as the wall outlet (instead of 2 prongs). This one might be better quality in comparison. I don’t know if the school will require me to pay for another charger since it looks different. We shall see how it goes. I do recommend this charger for Chromebooks if you need a replacement or an extra one. Just make sure to check the specs on the current charger, if possible, and confirm your Chromebook model is listed.
