Title: Great Customer Service
Review: My item arrived quickly and looked great. I unfortunately realized there was an issue with the engraving. My heart sank as I was thinking it’s the holidays and my son (who the gift was for) has to be back to base soon and I wasn’t going to be able to get his gift fixed before he leaves. I contacted the seller with the issue (all the details and a picture) expecting it to take a couple of days to hear back but they got back to me quickly and said they would make a new one without the errors and get it out as quickly as possible. I was so happy when I saw today that the replacement arrived and looks perfect!!! I will be wrapping it tonight. Stuff happens and nobody is perfect so it is absolutely ALL about how you handle issues when they arise and they were great in what I’m sure is already crazy days and I greatly appreciate it! The St. Michael pendant is a sentimental thing for me and for my son to have while away in the Army and now he will have it!! I will absolutely be a return customer.

Review: I ordered the dime sized medal and the “etched” art is barely legible. I ordered a small medal with idea he may wear it on the same chain as a cross he currently wears. Thought it would look better. It is not returnable because I had it engraved. I am disappointed with it. Not inexpensive because I ordered the 10K white gold.

Review: Buyer beware!! Purchased this as a confirmation gift for our son. Confirmed in May. Only worn a handful of times. Medal badly tarnished. Tried to clean with jewelry cleaner but didn’t help. Reached out to seller. Originally they said they would send a replacement but then they said because shipped through Amazon needed to contact Amazon. Amazon says past the 60 day time period for replacement and to contact seller.

Review: I ordered the sterling silver medal in the 3/4 inch size. I really love the look and style of the medal …. I did not realize it at the time I ordered the medal that it says “Saint Michael Protect Us”. I wish they would also make one that says “Saint Michael Pray for Us” which is the wording I had wanted on my medal and thought I had ordered. My mistake …. BUT of all the medals shown I would still have ordered this one. It is extremely well made and looks impressive. Arrived perfect in a nice box. Would order from this company again.

Title: Found my package – now here’s my review
Review: I found the package that I thought was stolen or something, it was stuck in a bush :/ The medal is thin, but for the price it’s very nice, the chain is super duper thin, nice for a woman, not a man.
