Title: Order arrived with very little to no breakage!
Review: I accidentally ordered two of these which is quite a few pkgs. However, after a couple of orders that arrived with way too many broken crackers, once I contacted the seller, I’m happy to say that this order has hardly any broken crackers! Eureka! I am trying to figure out what to do with the crumbs from the first batches since I’m really unable to cook. But, with the response and correction that appears to have been made, I, no doubt, will order from this seller again. This is the closest to the Ritz I’ve found and I’m crazy about these crackers. All GF products are still rather pricey and I keep forgetting…I think I got a coupon for 10% off. But, because I go so long between big orders, I tend to forget about them. But, with the meticulous attention to detail with the care of delivery, I’m happy enough! So, I say, give this seller a try. I’m trusting that I’m going to find the same results with the other 11 packages or so because of the packing. Thanks to the seller!

Title: I love the crackers, but will not order from Amazon, again.
Review: These are great gf crackers. The taste is delicious and they remind me of a gf Ritz cracker. That being said, they are gf, so they are delicate and crumble, easily. The first couple of times I ordered, they were packaged to minimize breakage. The package I received, today, was 6 bags packaged in a light, open top, chipboard box, wrapped in plastic and then shipped in a plastic bag. There is nothing about it being fragile, so of course, I received 6 bags of cracker crumbs. I contacted Amazon chat and am receiving a refund.

Title: Bag of Crumbs…..
Review: I love all Schar prodcuts and was so disappointed when I received these today. Total bag of crumbs. Fine if you want to bread something with cracker meal, but if planning on using these as intended – an entertainment cracker – forget about that. The flavor is good, so it is unfortunate that they do not package them appropriately. That would save them from getting munched to bits. They are shipped in a soft bag??? Bad idea. Bummer…Will be asking for a refund and won’t be buying these again.

Title: Fresh and unbroken crackers
Review: I love these crackers they are so delicious! I was almost afraid to order because of all the reviews of broken crackers and cracker crumbs but I am glad I ordered because my order came in a sturdy box and the first package I opened contained almost perfect crackers. The ones I had delivered from the Walmart store contained more broken ones than these which were shipped. Hope the remaining 4 packages are as good as the first and if so will definitely order again. These crackers were also very fresh!

Title: Product is great. Company that shipped it gets Zero stars
Review: I love these GF crackers. They are one of my favorites. I have no complaints about the product. My issue is with the company that shipped the crackers.I am an experience “fragile item shipper” myself. So I have a good understanding of what it takes to properly package an item so it arrives safely.There was minimal effort put into shipping this case of crackers. They are crackers. They break easily. The company shipped them in the original flimsy box. The original should’ve been placed into a second box with packing material. Needless to say, all 6 packages arrived with crackers in crumbs.I will not order these crackers again from this company. I hope Amazon follows up.

Title: Do not order these from Schar!
Review: Do not order these from Schar. I had ordered some from Schar because they said their crackers were packed so they would not be broken when they got to me. The day after my husband placed another order from Amazon because he did not know I had already ordered them. Amazon packed theirs in the perfect size box and they were whole. The ones I got from Schar are only good to pour into soup. All broken.

Title: don’t expect a lot of whole crackers after shipping!
Review: Just got my order of 6 packages of Schar Entertainment Crackers. When I opened the box and saw how the bags of crackers were packed, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. While the crackers might have survived shipping in a semi-decent shape considering they are just dumped into a bag with no protection, I CANNOT countenance the fact that all 6 bags were shoved and, for lack of a better word, crammed into a box that was too small to accommodate them comfortably and then shrink wrapped. Once I opened a package though, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor and texture (getting past the crumbs to a cracker big enough to bite….). A lite crispy texture with a buttery flavor that would pair well with any topping you should choose, so long as moist ingredients do not sit for too long on the cracker. A message to the manufacturer/shipper, individual form fitting sleeves or a molded plastic tray to carry the crackers in packaging would certainly make shipping less damaging as well as NOT CRAMMING THEM into a small box with their current packaging limitations!
