Title: Like no other
Review: I’ve owned several air mattresses in my life. This mattress is by far the most comfortable one that I’ve EVER slept on!!! I got the twin size. The ease to inflate/deflate is also by far the easiest! I’ve had foot pumps, electrical pumps and built-in pumps the required pushing and twisting the inflate/deflate buttons in just the right way to get it to work. On this mattress, it’s a simple turn to inflate & deflate. It does it very quickly too! Using the built-in pump to deflate gets all the air out, so that packing is made easier. You don’t have to keep mashing and squeezing to get it to go back in the bag. This mattress is also quieter when you are moving on it, than most of the other ones that I’ve owned.After about 5 weeks it started to leak. I thought oh well, here we go again. That was short lived. I got ready to go online in search of another mattress. However, after reading about customer service, reluctantly I decided to give it a try. I’ve tried customer service on one of my other mattress that claimed to have a lifetime warranty for repairs or replacement. I’ve called their customer service multiple times, left voice messages and to this day I have not heard a word from them. So, I wasn’t very enthusiastic about calling customer service. However, I did call. I got an answering service machine. I left a message, thinking I wouldn’t hear from them either. I started my search for another mattress. In less than 15 minutes I GOT A CALL BACK!! I was shocked!! I couldn’t believe it!! The representative named Joy, was human, knowledgeable and ready to assist me. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement mattress. I chose a replacement. This happened on a Wednesday, by Saturday my new mattress arrived!!! Their customer service is 100/100 in my book!! I’ve never encountered customer service with anything like that in my 66 years of life!! So far so good with my new mattress. Joy told me that if I have any other problems to give them a call back. I’m not sure for how long though.However, when purchasing a product from a company like this, it removes all the doubt and hesitation about the purchase, making the purchase a no brainer!! Thanks Joy for your assistance. I hope this mattress with continue to function well, but I can rest easy knowing that customer service in there for me. I will keep you posted on how well my new mattress works.

Title: Excellent mattress. The 18″ height is ideal for getting up in the night
Review: Love the mattress. Love the XL length as I’m tall. Love the 18″ height. Getting out of bed is so much easier for that midnight bathroom run. Holds air well. Inflates and deflates quickly and easily. Power deflate is a nice feature. If it happens to get too soft in the middle of the night, it’s an easy-to-manage control knob at the top to add some air. Haven’t had to yet, but the pump seems powerful enough that I’d expect there is no need to dismount first. Make certain to shop your sheet set thoroughly. Nothing worse than a “fitted” bottom sheet that “isn’t”.

Title: Exceptional After-Sales Service from the brand!
Review: Unfortunately, the air mattress we purchased started leaking after only a few uses. However, the seller sent me a new one and their customer service was absolutely outstanding and completely turned the experience around!I contacted Vosser’s customer service via Amazon to report the issue, and they responded quickly and proactively via both phone and email. They asked for photos of the damaged product, and as soon as I sent them, they immediately arranged for a new replacement to be shipped. They also consistently followed up – I received calls and emails confirming they had received my information, that the new mattress had been dispatched, and even a follow-up to ensure I received everything.The entire process was incredibly fast, efficient, and thoughtful. This level of care and dedication to customer satisfaction is something I truly wanted to share.As for the mattress itself, the mattress itself is very good. It’s easy to inflate and deflate, and it’s quite comfortable to sleep on. I’ve found it doesn’t sag or become soft overnight, and I haven’t experienced any back pain after a week of use.The only some minor points are that when one person gets up, it can cause a slight movement for the person sleeping next to them, and the mattress before inflation is a bit heavy.

Title: Great bed but developed a slow leak
Review: This bed was the best air mattress I bought, but now only a month of having it for a month, and only slept on it 2x, there’s a slow leak and it won’t stay inflated. I’m pretty bummed out about it bc I’ve only had it for a month.Too bad bc for that month, it was excellent, comfy, sturdy.

Title: It has a fast leak overnight
Review: This is an AMAZING air mattress although after 5 months it had developed a slow leak. I moved in with my 90 year old mother and I wasn’t able to bring all of my things from my house, so this was perfect and it was fast shipping!It’s an AWESOME mattress and I have horrible back problems. I’ve looked all over and I cannot find holes or any punctures or any seams anywhere this just all of a sudden started happening and I just want to get a replacement.They absolutely back their product! I always hate when people make bad comments especially when I know the people livelihood is at stake.I am editing this review because the company did GOOD on their end! The customer service person that I talk to his name was Joy and she was PHENOMENAL! She called me after I emailed the company and walked me through the process every day she would update me! And then bam I received my new air mattress!I’m not sure why anyone would just give someone one star without giving the company a chance. I think this company is amazing and they sent me a brand new one and I didn’t have to send the old one back, so thank you so much Joy for your amazing customer service, And I love the mattress it’s perfect!!

Title: Quality matress for a good price
Review: I’ve been very happy with this matress. I use it for when my kid has a friend sleepover and it is very comfortable and hold air well. I did have an issue with my first one after a few months and contacted customer service and the go back to me immediately within about 24 hours. After providing some information (photos and a video) they offered me the option of replacement or refund. I took a replacement as it really is a very comfortable and easy to use air mattress.
