Title: Just what I wanted….
Review: I wanted a system with monitor that could be used without WI-FI. The picture on the monitor is great. I had trouble with the remote, and emailed the seller, who responded immediately and sent out a new remote.

Title: Works without the app, but not a modern experience
Review: This camera system is functional. It has great image quality during the day. The night vision works, but feels dated. In fact, much of the system in the base feels at least a decade old. The interface is functional, but absolutely no frills. It works great for live view, but exporting videos is an absolute slog. First of all, it doesn’t support NTFS external drives, so you have to use FAT32 flash drives. There’s no preview and you have to select date / time ranges and camera numbers without being able to confirm. So you’re not going to get what you want unless you write down the exact time stamps while in review mode before starting the laborious export process.The camera range is reasonable and goes through walls fairly well, there is a bit of a delay that gets worse as the camera gets further away.The base references features that the included cameras don’t seem to have, like full color night vision – it’s either normal camera mode or IR blaster. There’s also no dual lens on the included camera though they kinda look like they should be.I’m sure there’s more functionality with the app, but the best feature so far is that you don’t need the app or even internet connectivity for this system to work. Since it produces its own wireless connection for each camera this is possible, so it does work well for my needs.

Title: Security without The Cloud, with or without WiFi too
Review: Deter prowlers with this security system that you can access from your phone. Camera security/surveillance without having to use the cloud or purchase a service. These can be connected to your own server to monitor your yard, doorway or whatever. Cameras are weatherproof and have a nice look. I recommend starting off with one camera and play with the reliability of the WiFi. A great way to upgrade older cctv systems too.

Title: Nice set
Review: This is a nice surveillance set with a huge DVR capacity and nice, high quality, cameras. The only frustration is the need for electrical connection at each camera mount but wireless WiFi capacity. It does allow for multiple camera angles without mixing and matching providers. And no additional costs are incurred. Recommended.

Title: Great value, just wish motion detection was better.
Review: The “(5.0MP & PIR Detection) 2-Way Audio Dual Antennas Outdoor Security Camera System ” is a decent value in my opinion and for the cost, I don’t expect the system to be top of the line so to speak, but I still wish the motion detection was better. It either picks up everything that moves or nothing at all. The instructions were not very clear but I was able to set it up and I am not technically inclined. Overall I do feel it is a great product with and well worth the cost. We are happy with it and feel much safer with the protection of this security system.
