Title: Does not heat up well. Only heats to Luke warm
Review: This product was working well for about 3 months but now it just does not heat up.I want to change my review from a 1-star to a 5-star for Mlay customer service. I was able to email the contact located in the information guide which was… mark@mlays.com… I received an almost immediate response and with in a week or so I received a brand new device. Not only that, but they communicated the whole time and even checked to ensure I received it. Amazing customer service. I love the product too. You need to be consistent to see results. Basically, you get what you put in. I also bought one for my bestie.

Title: MLAY RF01 DEVICE – Defective!!!
Review: This review is written in regard to the MLAY RF01 DEVICE: It is defective!!!! It doesn’t work! Doesn’t produce any heat nor any other sign of it being operable – in other words IT is defective!!!! I can see the indicator light when turned on and hear the internal fan, but nothing more!!!!! Amazon has refused to do anything about it due to the fact that I waited to long to report the problem! I wasn’t able to open or try the device until sometime afterwards. The seller no longer offers this device! I attempted to contact them regarding the fact that it is defective without any response at all!!! My next step is to try to reach the manufacturer regarding the warranty!!! It is New and has never been used!!!

Title: Effective within limits
Review: Since first purchasing this unit I’ve used it 21 times (3 days apart per session) on my face.I can report the following:1 – the small lines around my mouth are gone2 – the marionette lines from my nose to my chin are much reduced3 – the sagging skin under my chin and neck is significantly tighter4 – the deep vertical lines between my eyebrows MAY be softened a bit, but not to a degree that shows obvious improvementI plan to use it just a few more times & then give my face some down time to do it’s own thing.A few tips:— use a generous amount of ultrasonic gel. If it starts to thicken on your face, wipe it off and apply new gel— make sure your skin feels the heat. It shouldn’t hurt, but if you don’t feel the heat, either the setting is too low, you don’t have enough gel on your skin, you’re moving the device too quickly across your skin, or, the unit is defective— your skin will look worse after application than it did before. That lasts for me at least a day. So give your skin recovery time before you plan to show your face! It’s not dreadful, but, for example, saggy skin will look saggier at first. Then a day or so later it will look much better.— moisturize! Moisturize with your favorite products after every treatment. And moisturize again before bed. If you have a light moisturizer for day time, do that in the morning. Moisturize after a shower. In other words MOISTURIZE!— I had some reliability issues with the first unit. It died after 7 uses. It was returned for a replacement which so far has worked for the 14 uses since then.— this machine does things that injectable fillers do not. It tightens the skin and reduces fine lines. I love fillers in my cheeks and lips but it’s been over 18 months since I’ve had them. If you already have fillers, check to see that the RF won’t degrade them under your skin. I plan to get fillers again and I think the combo after more RF will be fantastic.— btw I am in my 60s, Mediterranean skin, love to tan (and never burn), don’t have many wrinkles to begin with, but do have skin laxity.

Review: Well I must start by saying that it will take a while to read but it is worth investing a little time in this … I have never made a qualification, let alone take the time to write something or my experience of a purchase that I made because I felt that I waste my time and I didn’t deserve it … but if it’s the first time I’m going to do it, it’s because I like to be fair and I think it’s the first time that a company really deserves a rating … it’s a shame that there isn’t a rating above 5 stars because if so I would grant more than 10 without thinking … my rating is divided into two parts … first regarding what is most important how excellent this machine is ..he I went to the aesthetic clinics for a long time, spending a lot of money because I take care of my face and the result with this small machine is even better from the first use! because I also know where I need to use it more, buy me professional serums and I have for many times what would be a fortune in beauty centers … I read the excellent comments, but still. or I was convinced I am very incredulous, I must say after researching, reading a lot and giving it the opportunity that really are totally true, I doubted a lot to say buy but according to my knowledge from my own experience I decided to give the opportunity, really worth every penny that is pay for it !!! the skin is younger, clearer, there are no spots and it is tighter, tense, there are no longer the marks of the expression lines … I just love her !!! I am in love with my device and would buy it again and again … I do not usually congratulate something if you really do not deserve it because we all have the right to pay for something that not only in theory is effective, the paper supports everything .. . But for something that in practice is effective you see that everything that is said is true and is small but powerful machine is … quality is top quality and guarantee nothing to envy when you go to a professional aesthetic .. .effective practice and is not expensive for the wonder that it is, it is bipolar the products penetrate the depth of the skin and you can see it on your face is Perfect … the other part of my rating is for customer service, they are magnificent !! I am in love with them I have never received such a cordial treatment, they respond immediately, they give you a thousand alternatives and proactivity, the initiative to help but above all the kindness is incredible, they offer you solutions immediately, sometimes people throw comments without first Get in touch with the company and look for a solution that is unfair! because they discredit all the work in seconds, but believe me that they are in order to help with any inconvenience and that gives me even more confidence … if it comes to putting a score I would put a 10 and I think it would be short … I hope My experience serves them, I have tried everything and nothing has worked completely for me, there was always one but something was missing to make me feel happy … but with this machine you would not need to use anything else … use it with serum hyalironic acid vitamin c, peptide and you will see the difference you will fall in love like me!
