Title: Good pillow but…
Review: The memory foam pillow is soft enough but there is one issue with it for me, it’s the cover it comes in. The fabric is very slick. They call it a pillow case but I would call it the memory foam cover. I prefer to put a pillow case over theirs but it keeps slipping off. I get one side of theirs is the “cool” side and the other the regular but to keep it cleaner and make it last longer I want to use a pillow case like I do for a different pillow I bought five years ago. So, in conclusion if you want to sleep on their case, you’ll be fine, but if you want to use your own case over it, you’ll need one with a zipper enclosure.

Review: Chemical smell from both the pillow and the pillow cover. I have used foam pillows before and a scent is to be expected, however when the cover also smells like chemicals, it’s not something I want my face on while sleeping. You cannot wash the pillow but you can wash the cover…. After washing and soaking in hot water, the chemical smell remained. Had to return. Disappointing

Review: I would give this a 2.5 if I could. Two pillows came in the set. One expanded to its intended size while the other has not. It’s had a month to do so and still has not. It arrived with an awful smell which took quite some time to dissipate. The one pillow that did expand is very comfortable. I use it nightly and wake refreshed. Just wish I had two to use since the other is a dud.
