Title: Board surface is good- but there are some install issues
Review: Install issues: buy quality anchors, those w/ the unit are crap. Board is not 96 inches long; thus 1 end will not reach the stud in the wall & must be anchored by other means. You’ll also need to drill a hole in the frame at the 4-ft mark to anchor the units bottom & top to provide study support; as the frame is not strong enough to do so w/o this aide.

Title: Received Damaged.
Review: Disappointed.I received the product damaged, I’ve counted four good sized dents already and haven’t had it 20 minutes. The board was also bent at some point as now it has a curve to it about 3/4 of the way down the long edge. It will not lay flat. There is also a puncture on the backside through the foam insulation. The dents aren’t small enough to not be noticeable, they stick out like a gorilla in a space suit at church doing Michael Jackson’s moonwalk on top of the organ. I understand things happen as these boards are made by the thousands, this is pretty bad though. The board looks like it could be of good quality, just not the one that I received. The packaging alone could be improved, it comes in a simple cardboard box that would give way to flexing way too easy. Quality control must have been on holiday when this thing passed inspection. Whether this is a fault of the manufacturer or Oak Harbor Freight I can’t tell. Not happy either way.

Review: received the board with many dents. With further investigation of the product the frame was held onto the board with very few spots of glue which was not intact. Even if the board was not badly dented I highly doubt that the glue would have held the frame to the board and would have quickly fell to the office floor.
