Title: Kenmore Dishwasher Touchscreen Model
Review: 1st impressions are great so far. My husband did the install. His 1st dishwasher install ever. He did say the instructions weren’t model specific, which annoyed him at first. After a little time he got the hang of it, though. We did a small search over a holiday weekend for a replacement dishwasher on sale. After searching the big box store websites, we came over to Amazon, and this one was sponsored and right at the top of the search. It ticked all my general boxes and then some, while staying in our exact budget. I didn’t think I could get a stainless inside under $500, but here it is! I’m actually pleased with the way the door opens and closes and the touch screen. I think the inside is large and I like the silverware basket. It is quiet enough for a dishwasher. Probably quieter than my last model. There are 6 different cycles to pick from, including express and smart wash. You can also add options to the cycle like sani rinse and half load. There are 5 options in all. They have printed the options and cycles available on the top of the door for quick reference as well as on the touch screen. We really like that. The touch screen itself is very sensitive, so I noticed even walking past the screen too close when on might pause the cycle accidentally. Look for the flashing bubbles. That means the cycle paused. The trays/racks seem very sturdy to me. All in all, we are very pleased. The Amazon delivery service was prompt and courteous, too.

Title: Don’t do it!
Review: This is junk. Did not come with a user’s manual. The installation manual is junk . The water hook up is insane and takes several trips to the hardware store to accomplish. After 2 weeks, the washing arm seperated from the rub. I called Kenmore customer service. What a joke. They lost my communication after I I took photos per their request. The control panel has never worked properly. My wife is screaming at me because I trusted Amazon. Go buy a dishwasher where you can see it, touch it, understand how it works. I blew 500 bucks on this and it never worked properly. UGH if I could give it and customer service a negative 5 stars, that would be it. I’m an aircraft mechanic and thank god this thing doesn’t fly.

Title: Great dishwasher – quiet, efficient and versatile!
Review: After years of using an inefficient, noisy dishwasher, we finally upgraded to a Kenmore, and it’s been a huge improvement. Title: Instructions are terrible and functionality is random at best.
Review: The manual that comes with it is useless. The pictures are black and white on gray paper. You can’t identify much. The power button works about 1/3rd of the time and none of the other buttons seem to do anything. I use the term button extremely loosely. They aren’t buttons at all and sometimes you press, sometimes you rub, sometimes it does nothing. It’s incredibly frustration to try to operate.
