Review: I’ve been doing a lot of hand building with air dry clay and was looking to expand and include some tools.Most of the tools feel durable, but I have had a couple of the silicone tips pop out so keep that in mind as you are using them. I also like that this varnish doesn’t leave visible streaks or a slight ridge texture like I kept getting with mod podge – I’ve had no issues all of my pieces have dried smooth and shiny. And the bag to keep everything together is a nice touch!I think this kit provides good value especially to the new to the hobby or looking for something to help with more simple projects that don’t require a lot of refinement or super detailed work. Overall, the tools function as described and are easy to use as a beginner. For the cost, I would definitely recommend this

Review: I’m new to this pottery craft, so I’m no expert and my opinion may not hold much weight.Being new to the craft, I saw this as an opportunity to get a mix of tools and a finish.This set does come with a lot of hand tools, some of which I’ll probably find useful, some of which I may never use. For me it is a good place to start though. For a reasonable price I can experiment and see what does what.If you are an expert potter, then you probably have all this stuff anyway. For novices like me though, a set of varied diverse tools seems like a good way to get to know the craft.An expert may disagree, but for me this is a very nice set that gives me options.

Review: The glaze comes with several bags of various tools for working with clay, a cloth storage bag, a sponge, a mirror plate, and an instruction sheet. The tools are a mix of metal and plastic. A few feel on the cheap side, but all are suitable for kids crafting with the metal ones feeling more professional. While the tools all fit in the bag, the fact that some have pointy ends that poke through the cloth, makes the box the items shipped in a better storage solution. The box also makes it easier to find the tool you’re looking for.The glaze is easy to apply and dries matte, as expected. There’s the barest hint of shine showing it’s been glazed, but no gloss at all.This is a nice set.

Review: Perfect for kid’s art projects! Adheres well to clay and stays put when cared for properly. Brushes and applicators are good, but we also use thicker brushes of our own for larger surfaces.It’s nice and glossy when dry and stays that way. Not sticky or easy to remove. I’m very satisfied

Review: If you’ve just started with air-dry clay this is the kit you need. It has a little bit of everything. Large selection of tools for different applications. The gloss varnish goes on nicely and lends a low gloss finish. This is a great gift to go with a couple blocks of air dry clay for anybody that has outgrown children’s dough clay.
