Title: NOT DURABLE Horrible access to service at Ecco
Review: Very comfortable, but they look 10 years old after 5 rounds of golf. Given they have a built-in sock, The tab on the back is important to put them on and the tab tore off. Tried contacting customer service and it is a nightmare. No Telephone at ecco. Just a chat and links with no resolution and a runaround. Will go to footjoy !!! They have great, stable comfortable options.Additional information. Through their surf service online portal I was able to get information to ship the shoes for them to review at warranty. No confirmation they received it, but I did confirm via the tracking number. I emailed their service and several days later. I got an email stating that it takes 5 to 6 weeks for them to review and get back to me. This is unacceptable when you are paying for one of the most expensive pair of golf shoes in the idustry
