Title: Great Customer Service.
Review: I give them 5 stars because their customer service is great. I put up the Canopy on Friday night for a festival on Saturday. It rained overnight, and when we went on Saturday, a large puddle had formed and destroyed the frame. They cancelled the day because of heavy rains. They rescheduled for last Saturday. I contacted the manufacturer on that Sat. Morning. On that same day I received a new one.

Title: Great pop up canopy
Review: I already have a canopy tent with sides that I use for trade shows. I needed a bright color without the panels, and the lime green one I purchased is perfect. So easy to put up and take down. Little bit more challenging to put the fabric back in with the frame, but figured that out. The vent at the top really helps with any breeze that might come and go.

Title: Ease of set up and transport.
Review: This canopy is a game changer. Lightweight and easy to transport. Out of the bag and up within a few minutes. Stood up against the wind as well as our commercial canopy does. The bags wouldn’t serve us well at the windy venues. We need no less than 35 pounds per leg pole at a height of 3 feet. One side in exchange for the bags would’ve made this the perfect purchase.

Title: Super easy for 1 person to set up!
Review: I was skeptical that one person could put this up by themselves, but I was pleasantly surprised! It really is as easy as the demo video shows. I’m a female with lower back issues, and I was able to put this up and take it down by myself in minutes. Frames are sturdy and the canopy top is well sewn. Be sure to put your canopy top on before pushing up the center button – I forgot that the first time and it was a lot harder to get it attached when the frame is fully open!I’ve purchased two of these so far. One was a cobalt blue that was “Used, Like New” sold by Eagle Peak through Amazon at a reduced price, and the other was a light blue/turquoise shade was “New”. Both colors are bright and pleasant, and had white painted frames.There were some differences between the two – the one in “like new” condition came with a different roller bag that was roomer and had an exterior pocket for the stakes. However, I prefer the smaller bag that came with the “new” one – the tighter fit was MUCH more sturdy when standing it up on it’s end. The tighter bag was still easy to put the frame into, and the roomier bag allows the frame to flop around too much. I noticed that it tries tip over when storing it upright, whereas the one in the tighter bag is very stable when stored on it’s end. I noticed that the frame of the “like new” one didn’t feel as sturdy as the frame for the “new” one, and I think that larger bag might be part of the reason why.Both roller bags were lacking a handle on the top end, and I think that would really help when pulling these. They are heavy, and having an additional handle on the top end (opposite side of the roller wheels) would help. The two that are on the side have you lifting and carrying more of the weight rather than dragging it behind you.Even though one bag came with an external pocket, it was only big enough to store the tent stakes and cords – the canopy won’t fit in it. I don’t like to store my canopy top on the frame when it’s in the bag, so I purchased some clear PVC zipper bags with handles here on Amazon, and put the canopy tops in those. I’d prefer to have a large pocket for the canopy on the roller bag in addition to the tent stake pocket, so all the pieces of the canopy were together in one place. But for the price and ease of use, I’m very happy with Eagle Peak!

Title: Great quality, set is a breeze, but weight breaks break easily
Review: Love this tent!! I’ve been saving for a pop up tent for my craft business for a year and then I found the mushroom print and it was just perfect. Super easy to set up and take down alone as a 5’1″ woman, easy to move with the rolling carry case, and did fantastic in 3 rainy days at the Renaissance Faire. I did have a tiny bit of rain coming in through the ventilation flaps at the top, but that was only noticeable when it was at it’s shortest setting over night; I never saw water dripping in throughout the day once I raised it. I had a ton of compliments on the mushroom topper and it got a lot of attention!The only reason I took a star off was the weight bags are very cheaply made; I filled one with sand, plopped it down from like 6 inches off the ground, and the stitches immediately burst and the sand leaked out. Ended up filling ziplok bags with sand and putting those into the weight bags, which did work for the weekend but I will be looking for alternative weights for my tent in the future.

Title: Great Customer Service & Product
Review: 3 years after I purchased this tent I requested parts and at no charge they shipped them to me. Unfortunately while in transit I get out to dry and a storm came and destroyed it. This was a powerful storm that no such structure could withstand. I immediately ordered another. I’ll never think twice when ordering a canopy tent. Great quality, price & service. No need to shop anywhere else!

Title: Not worth the money, no good in rain
Review: I had very high hopes for this canopy. Besides providing shade in the hot sun, I was expecting it to keep water from dripping from the canopy. I had set up a table at Porcfest, laid out pamphlets, and it started to rain. I was thinking “Glad I spent the extra money on a good canopy or everything would get wet”. No sooner did that thought go through my mind, then water started to drip all over 100’s of dollars of printed material near the center of the tent.After removing the materials into a bin and then my tent, I closely inspected where the leaks were coming from. I thought it was the vent in the top, but no it wasn’t. It was from poor stitching. Holes in a few places near the stitches were letting water into the tent and onto several peoples hard work and printing money.I can not recommend this canopy as I have second one I bought for $50 bucks also, and that one didn’t leak at all. It was also 7 years old. This company or the people that make their product don’t seem to take pride in their product.

Review: So very happy that we ordered this for camping coverage, for our tiny trailer in case of weather.Pretty pleased I put it up all by myself. Instructions will never be lost as it is sewn into the carrying case. Idiot proof! LolThe unit is a bit heavy but well constructed, the cover isnt cheap fabric and has an air vent up top. I purchased side walls seperatly and they fit perfect! Everything fits inside the carry bag.Update: it made it through a nasty storm. We tied down all sides to metal pegs and rolled up the sides. Fortunate that it made it through high winds camping!!
