The nasal strips are made of flexible, spring-like bands that fit right above the flare of the nostrils. The underside is 3M adhesive so that once positioned on the nose, they stay there. Title: OMG, it really worked!

Title: Effective but hard to remove
Review: I do like the strips and the light scent – not too overpowering. I breathe much better through the night and my mouth is not as dry as a desert when I wake up. Only downside – they are difficult to take off. First time I used them it tore a little bit of skin on my nose when I peeled it off. Now I use a qtip with alcohol to dissolve the glue as I peel the strip back. A little more work (don’t have the same issue with the clear strips) but worth it some nighs for the lavender scent.

Title: Half are sticky half are not. Also, they have Latex in them!
Review: I’m so torn on these. I’ve had three boxes now where half of them are not sticky and the other half our. This time, all the strips on the right (they come two connected you have to tear apart). I’ll pull out the two, tear it apart. Open the one on the right, put it on and it doesn’t stick at all. Not even really to my finger. Then I open the other one and it’s so sticky it gets stuck to my finger.So very frustrating that half are a waste!On a separate note, I walk up every morning and the skin on my nose is read and a bit puffy. Takes about an hour for it to go down. I thought maybe it’s just the adhesive as I’m allergic to certain medical tapes and medical pads. Nope, turns out they have latex. I’m allergic to it, mostly on inner flesh. But wearing this that long on my nose has caused me to have reactions.So, not sure what else to do. Very bummed.
