Title: Great Hot Dog Machine
Review: We ordered this for Memorial Day Weekend and it was a HUGE hit with the family. I didn’t notice that the buns got too soft from the steam because the hot dogs were eaten so fast. However, I think if they weren’t eaten so fast the buns might have been a little soggy after a couple of hours. I think that problem would be solved by using those individual foil hot dog bags, once the buns reach the desired temperature and softness. I also purchased those on Amazon but didn’t use them because as stated, the hot dogs were eaten so quickly. The machine holds a TON of water so you don’t have to worry about re-filling it for all day use. I hauled out my seldom used crockpot and filled it with chili and set it next to the hot dog machine along with a big bowl of grated cheese and everyone was in Self Serve Hot Dog Heaven. Worth every penny and easy to clean up afterwards. 5 Star Purchase.

Title: Poor quality – Received a refurbished unit instead of a new one
Review: We had to return the first one after less than two months because it quit working. Amazon returned my money so I ordered another one. (It was $50+ dollars more now so I had to pay more)The one we just received is obviously a used one that they refurbished not a new one. It had screws missing and you could see where it had been used and cleaned. I was able to take the screws out of the old unit before I shipped it back and put in this one. I paid for a new one not a refurbished one. We are using it because we needed it right away. I am very disappointed in the quality and having received a refurbished unit instead of a new one.

Title: Design Flaw? Upside down stickers? Will it work? 🤷♀️
Review: I took the machine out of the box and first thing I see is the HotDog sticker is upside down!!! If that isnt annoying enough the rails for the doors to slide are both bent. The doors on both sides it side and is already causing scratching and I am sure ultimately breaking the glass door. The doors do not close all the way because of this and it will effect the cooking time and warmth with steam escaping. I had to walk away because it was so disappointing. I dont even know if it works or not! I would LOVE a new sticker to cover the upside down one … my guests are going to think I am a moron! Please and thank you!I will update rating if this is taken care of in a timely manner!
