Title: Works well but it’s loud
Review: The lock itself works great but the beeps and actual turning of the mechanism is very loud on the inside of the home. You don’t notice how loud it is when you’re outside locking it but from the inside, it could easily wake up a sleeping child if their bedroom is close enough to the door.

Title: Terrible product and terrible seller Build.com. DO NOT BUY IT
Review: This product is worthless and cannot hold a code so it only works with keys like a much less expensive deadbolt lock. Even worse than the product is the seller Build.com. I thought I was buying from Amazon but they switched me to Build and they sent me a defective product AND DEMANDED I PAY RETURN SHIPPING. I am a Prime member and Amazon is making me pay to return this piece of JUNK.

Title: What a Disappointment!
Review: Looks nice but extremely overpriced for what it is. We purchased the kompetition set for much less and it had so many more tech features. We are stuck with this due to condo commando association rules. Stupid old tech tards in charge.I’d send it back but we need keyless entry for guests.
