Title: customer service
Review: I fought with their cameras for 2 days before I called customer service as I could not pair the cameras. I called got an answering machine, so I hung up not leaving a message and 2 min. later the phone rang it was Janet calling back and she assisted me with full satisfaction, Janet was very nice and patient as I was a little ill. Janet defiantly deserves a star in customer service. Thank you again Janet. Very satisfied customer.

Title: Not Easy to Set Up
Review: I returned my camera system. I spent 3 days just trying to get the system to work, even before actually installing the cameras. The set up instructions and pictures from inside the box do not follow the actual items in the box. The software link did not seem proper. I did download two different software packages. Neither one worked. I entered my password under the ADMIN account. From then on I could never get back into the system. I know the password was correct because I also downloaded the software to my laptop and I could sign in there. But you need to pair the cameras with the base station/hard drive and I could not access the program. The instruction state to scan the QR codes on the cameras to automatically pair with the base station. But there were NO QR codes on any of the 8 cameras. No numbers either. Plus, how can you scan unless you use your phone? Phone program download did not work either. The base station comes with a mouse, but no keyboard or monitor. I had to unplug my monitor and plug it into the base to even see the data. It is HDMI but no cord supplied. But then the only movements are from a drop down screen. And you cannot move around in the application. There was a handheld remote in the box. No batteries included. I never did get it to respond. I did like the feel and look of the system. I wish it would have worked. I wanted it to. I spent alot of time on getting it to work. Total failure. I’m not a dummy. I also am not a geek. This system needs a total rework for integration, set up, software, monitoring and proper English and direction. It should be seamless. It is not.

Title: excellent clarity with the video!
Review: Up to this point, (don’t have all cameras installed yet) I am very pleased with the system. The video is clear, the system was really quite easy to set up and install. Love the efficiency of the solar recharging ability. Last camera system ran on batteries and was a real problem trying to keep batteries fresh. The coverage of the area we are monitoring is really good. Really like this system.

Title: Lightning Safe hopefully
Review: They work real well. Fast motion still blurry, but very good night video. I miss the ability to record 24/7 of a wired system and being able to turn on tv in bed at night and view live without getting out of bed. They record the important motion though. And I am pretty sure they will not be destroyed by lightning since they are not grounded like wired systems. We have lost 3 sets of cameras, 4 sets of wires and 2 recorders due to lightning in last 10 years. I decided the best system would be solar powered wireless to avoid lightning damage. This is the most affordable system offered, and so far, very nice.

Review: The solar power is excellent with these camera. Plugged them in for the initial charge then the system automatically picks them up they haven’t been plugged in since. The easiest system I have ever worked with and I have used alot.
