Title: Absolute Game Changer for DoorDash / Gig Work
Review: Review is after only a week of use (from a person who doesn’t typically write reviews)I was a bit skeptical that this device would work properly, to be honest, the automated adjusting charger feels a little cheap (as in plasticy) when I first took it out of the box, but so far, it has worked just fine. I typically run a couple ‘gig’ apps at once, so my battery (iPhone 8) is constantly draining, so I would have to plug / unplug my phone for each delivery… Now all I have to do is toss my phone into the cradle and voila! It adjusts and starts charging on its own 98% of the time. There have been only a few instances where I’ve had to fiddle with it or press the button to tighten its grip on my phone, but that was probably due to the fact that I lazily drop my phone in place and the mount didn’t sense it.Charging Speed:It’s difficult to ascertain exactly how quickly it charges due to the fact that my phone is typically drawing a lot of power… The screen is generally on max brightness during the day, running Uber Eats, DoorDash, Maps, Reddit, and transmitting audio via Bluetooth to my stereo, and it still gains a few percent battery every 10 minutes or so. The charging speed noticeably increases when I close out all my apps and mind the screen brightness. I haven’t measured it, but I’m assuming it is the 15W as advertised.Just make sure your car’s USB port can provide enough juice; I have mine plugged into a dual port 48W car adapter (18W USB-A, 30W USB-C) and either connection appears to provide plenty of power, even with my iPad charging on the same outlet.Feels:Haven’t tried many, but this is the most sturdy/ stable mount I have used. And I mean stable. Like Stable Abel The gooseneck had me worried about it wobbling with each pothole, but once installed, I can view and use my phone with ease, double click the home button, type or whatever without hitting the wrong button. No more accidentally hitting “accept” button on DoorDash order that’s 13 miles for $2.50.Installation:Because of my car’s design (Impala 2004), I had to mount it on the dash and utilize the included 3m sticker clip so the phone / cradle is hanging just over the edge of the dash, and the back of the charger is firmly against the console — leaving it absolutely zero wiggle room. It feels solid and firm, I can even use swipe to compose text messages without the mount budging. Hope it stays like this, but still only 1 week of use. Will update my review if this changes.The suction cup surprisingly attached to my curved, textured dash with ease and is far more solid feeling than I anticipated. Just be sure to initially get it positioned correctly, because I’m not entirely sure it would re-attach if moved. The adhesive feels strong!I honestly can’t emphasize enough just how satisfying it is to not fumble with a cord and manually clamp my phone in after each delivery. Complete game changer for any courier. If you need to use your phone while it’s charging… not the charger for you.That said, I’m just not completely confident about the longevity of the motor and moving parts; as far as I can tell, that seems to be its potential Achilles’ heel. I will update my review if I experience any issues with it in the coming months

Title: Best wireless car charger I’ve found
Review: I have one of these for each of my vehicles. Works great does not damage the dash and is easy to remove/readjust if needed. Wireless charging works through every phone case I’ve had (otterboxes). People always ask me where I got it and I send them the link. Love this charger.

Title: Lasted 2.5 years
Review: Lasted two and a half years. Not bad for $25 I guess. Only issue for me was that the charger was weak so that some cases didn’t work. Especially ones with metal, even though those Apple wireless pads had no problem.

Review: I rely on my phone for driving apps. This is the best car charger I have ever owned. THe MOKPR 15W Fast Charging Car Mount Auto-Clamping Car Charger is fantastic. Sometimes you don’t know how good you have it until something changes. Here’s how I discovered this car charger is the bomb!… After 2-years of awesomeness the silicone sticker lifted up. Anticipating one day I would need to replace it… I happened to have a different brand/product in a box and decided to give it a shot. Well after 2 weeks of a different companies product I pulled it off my dash. I visited MOKPR and read through the directions and learned that “the sticker can be rinsed” to bring it back to life! Imagine that… So, here I am writing a 10 Star Review. What I learned.I love that this product auto-closes when it anticipates the phone is in position and secures the phone – the short period of time that I didn’t have this feature (given the other brand charger I used) ment my phone was flying through the air when the car accelerated.I love how the charging cord is always in position – the benefit of the MAGSAFE charger is I do not need to plug a charging cord into the base of my phone. I had forgotten what a convenience this was as I travel a couple times a day x2 (in and out). So grateful for the charging cord to be inserted into the base of the MOKPR 15W Fast Charging Car Mount Auto-Clamping Car Charger. I don’t have to fiddle with the cord or remembering to plug it in and remove it (LOL – imagine a couple times a day with the different brand product charging cord tucked up through the holder to reach the base of my iphone to charge it and when I go to grab my phone (while forgetting to unplug it first) the entire mechanism tries to come with me and my phone. I hope my review helps make it clear what the big win is for this product vs. other products that don’t compare and actually create frustration in a setting where everything could be “chill”.Oh, and when you hit the 2-year mark either wash the silicon sticky pad to refresh it or buy the product again (I am sure the company would really appreciate the return business!) I am going to buy a 2nd MOKPR 15W Fast Charging Car Mount Auto-Clamping Car Charger to make sure I have it handy because I have learned my lesson. LOL. Hope this review helps you make the clear choice to purchase this product and then in 2-3 years purchase it again. You will be glad you did!

Review: After reading review of all the w/less car charges available finally bought this in may 23…..The delivery was smooth, packaging was really good mean not too fancy but good enough to protect the product. Product look and feel is really nice ….very good material and built….comes with DIY instructions, very easy to set up …..have been using it from last 2 months and it really works fine…. the best part it comes with the charging cable to connect……………….overall excellent purchase.
