Title: This camera is an excellent choice if there is no Wi-Fi
Review: I bought the camera so I can view some land I have in the country. There’s no Wi-Fi signal there and most cell services do not work there. Since the camera works with AT&T it works perfectly. It was so easy to setup and mount. I love that it has two solar panels and it records 24/7. The images are so clear day and night. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

Title: Great idea subpar product
Review: The signal is not good in the remote area I live in. The cellular cost is 160$/camera/year and although it is easy to navigate, it takes forever to turn the camera and to even connect at times. Customer service is terrible. They just tell you to reset, delete camera and reinstall, remove sim and replace (basic steps for troubleshooting) then escalate your case and repeat the directions. So frustrating. Now I have cameras I can’t use and paid 160$ for a year of service that is useless in my area.

Title: Portability and operation
Review: I did not know these 4G cameras existed. I already had some of the indoor / wifi cameras from this company. I have used them for years with no problem. So, when I needed a camera that was remote with NO power and NO wifi available, I ordered this. Its awesome. I charged it and then installed with the included solar panel. It maintains the power with almost no sunlight. Then the camera picture and operation is perfect. I notice just a short delay when using the pan and tilt to move the image. The picture quality is great. I used the free 4g plan that was included to test. Now I will be checking with my current mobile phone company to see if I can use the cards from them for the future…. If not, it looks like the camera has an easy way to continue the complimentary service they offered… And the price looked pretty reasonable. I would recommend this unit if you need a camera image out the middle no where as it needs no wifi and no power source except the SUN. Setup was easy. I already had the APP with other units, but if you need it and download it, you will have this camera added in about 30 seconds. They make the adding and setup super easy with scanning the QR code right on the camera.

Title: Solid camera. Poor cellular service.
Review: The camera is built pretty decent. The connectivity for it is terrible. If someone actually is trespassing on your property the chances of you catching them are slim. From the time you get a notification to the time when there is actual video playback is over five minutes. I would t suggest this camera just for the poor cellular data.

Review: I bought this PTZ model to enhance my existing Hiseeu NVR system. The quality is very good with a very sharp picture.Response times from activation to alert and viewing is almost instant.I found that with some other makes, the time lag was a real issue. However all my Hiseeu cameras respond without delay.The power lead is a generous 1.5metres, however for my install a longer run was needed, I bought a 10m Hiseeu extension lead which is perfect for the job.Like all cameras of this type you can make the installation so easy if you use a junction box, that way you only have a small power cable to feed through.An important note for anyone adding this camera to their NVR, there is no need to use your phone to link camera to WiFi, simply place camera close to NVR before installation, search for new camera, job done.I didn’t do that and caused myself a headache.Luckily Vicky from Hiseeu support worked out what I had done wrong and very quickly had my system up and running.It’s worth mentioning that good support is important, this was the second time I needed technical help, on both occasions the support was fast and successful. (Both times it was user error!)
