Review: If you have followed Chef Brooke and her career for years as I have but have not yet ordered and gone out to get her cookbook…you’re missing out! I absolutely love her Grilled Artichoke recipe. Easy to make, and those you are serving it to will thoroughly enjoy the saltiness of the capers while the lemony flavor brings you that ray of sunshine you did not realize you were missing!!! So looking forward to making more! Well done Chef, it was worth the wait!!!

Title: A “chefy” veggie forward cookbook starring the best biscuit recipe
Review: The biscuit recipe itself is worth the cost of this cookbook- full stop.However, most recipes call for items you probably don’t have in your pantry and / or have several components. (It can get pricey.) Regardless the recipes are well written, not difficult to execute and yummy (at least the ones I’ve tried)!

Review: It is a wonderful cookbook. Not like others , this one is not teaching you how chop onions, but how to use it. I have read the whole thing in one week, and I have found it most delightful. This cookbook is not like any other cookbooks, which is a welcome change. Go forward BW, like a shark.

Title: Original & packed w/flavor.
Review: I’m not a ‘cook’ and this book is gorgeous which shows me how the meal should look, easy to follow directions, versatile ingredients I never knew but now love and they pop up in several dishes. I’d say this is a great resource cookbook. To have her recipes to taste her style, is a treat. My game has been up & complimented.
