Title: Very simple to follow and change for Paleo
Review: I love this book because the inspired ideas for great meals are easy to follow, the ingredients are simple but also some of the most fun. We live a full Paleo lifestyle and these recipes allow for those adjustments. This is a must have if you love delicious food.

Title: recipe for unsustainable veal
Review: I cannot believe lohan’s recipe for veal meatballs is included in this book. Jamie always talks about how we should use sustainable sources of food, but using baby cows that purposely live in the dark for about 100 days and are slaughtered for food is reprehensible as well as not sustainable. Old cows get a show but lets do a veal story where we talk about the horrible lives those cows live. I took 2 stars off because i had no idea that this was a celebrity recipe story instead of a cookbook.

Review: I purchased this book as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. Of course he hasn’t received it yet, but as a cook/baker myself and a fan of Jamie’s show, I knew this book wouldn’t disappoint. The recipes seem different enough from what he usually cooks, but still easy to make and prepare too. There are also a few vegan and vegetarian recipes in the book and as a vegan myself this made me happy, as he now has no excuse not to invite me over the next time the family get together 😉

Review: As a massive Jamie Oliver fan, my review may be bias, as the book’s content is great and truly an inspiring read. BUT…. a true complaint as this book’s physical format does not follow all other Jamie Oliver Book. As I collect every one of his books, the one that stood out from his collection was the “Jamie’s Kitchen” as it’s much larger than all others. This book, being paper back created the same issue. Truly thought it was hard cover like all others… but learned to look at small print in advertisement. Is there even a Hardcover version of this book?
