Title: Amazing to finally have no need for wires to get CarPlay maps/music for my Dodge Charger!
Review: Works great! I simply plugged it in to my glove box USB port in my 2019 Dodge Charger, it popped up as CarPlay on my infotainment system, I clicked the little button under CONNECT (far right graphic), opened my iPhone 16 Pro Max, selected SETTINGS >> BLUETOOTH, SmartDongle-XXX, and it connected and was off and running. Now every time I get in my car, it automatically reconnects without me having to take my phone out of my pocket.I’ve never really used Siri or other verbal commands (you need Siri turned on to use CarPlay), but it’s so easy now to simply say “Hey Siri” and then say “Go Home” or “Go to Work” and the CarPlay wirelessly connect to my phone via Bluetooth and map me directions home. I also like “Hey Siri, play Spotify Drive Playlist” and it automatically start playing my music.I know the instructions state to have bluetooth and wifi “open and available”, but I didn’t need to do anything from the WIFI side, it’s 100% bluetooth and worth the $50 to not have take my phone out and plug it into a wire to get directions or listen to my playlists.

Title: Excellent connection and sound!
Review: I purchased this for my 2023 Mazda CX-5 to avoid having to plug my phone in all of the time in order to get Apple Car Play to work on-screen. I have had this now for a couple of months and can write it works exceedingly well and I am thoroughly pleased! As others users have commented, the sound quality is fantastic and I have very drops. Moreover, unlike a few other users, I do NOT have to disconnect from my home wifi every time. For my car, I only needed to do this upon initial “install”; after that, it has connected automatically and successfully every time and I do not have to change my wifi connection at all. I have not noticed any latency .However, I do notice that on a couple of occasions where I have forgotten my phone and had to run back into the house to get it, if I had already started my car, it wouldn’t connect to Apple Car Play without first turning off the car first. This is so rare that it’s really not an issue – I just want future buyers to be aware so they don’t assume the device does not work.Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase – it is a fantastic value!

Title: Perfect solution w Excellent Sound Quality
Review: Works perfectly as expected. Usually connects within 5-10 seconds. Sometimes I need to leave my driveway first (as my WiFi still has coverage there and it takes a minute to switch over to this adapter). Works just as well and fast as my wife’s car (which has wireless CarPlay by default – we both have Subarus, but hers is newer). Sound quality is excellent, I was worried I would miss the quality of a hard wired connection. No glitches at all in the week I’ve been using it. It also fits perfectly into the tight area where I needed to plug it into. Just enough room to leave a charging cable in the other usb port (2019 Subaru forester pictured).I was never all that concerned with wireless CarPlay, but it became a necessity as my iPhone 14 Pro Max lightning port seems to have broken. MagSafe still works (which is how I charge it 99% of the time) but traditional CarPlay was out (until I get a new phone) so this was a lifesaver.
