Title: Didn’t come with storage
Review: Great product but it does not have memory like it says. I had to buy an external flash drive for it to keep recordings. Also finding out how to make it record was a challenge. I found a YouTube video in English that showed me how. One last thing everything is very vague in setting and menu. Nothing is explained to help with customizing your settings plus no kind of manual or online info on figuring it out

Title: easy setup
Review: this is a decent unit for home security systems. The reason for 4 star is the fact that the hard drive tends to be very noisy at times. The main problem I encountered was when I opened the box and removed the pieces, I found the mouse was in several pieces. I used my laptop mouse to do the setup…. hoping I don’t need to use a mouse much more for operation.
