Review: The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless!Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue… The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app.That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you’re out and about. But, if you’re using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn’t be draining too bad. That things an energy spender.A little smaller than my moto g stylus.But, pretty phone. Very nice, runs on Android. Title: NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET REFUND BACK
Review: Phone came wouldn’t attach to my WIFI because I tried everything. That and picture app didn’t work right. I returned the same phone that I received for a refund. Was told I didn’t return the same phone that I received but in fact did! So now I’m having a terrible time getting refund back that’s $240 I can’t afford to lose. Especially when I returned the same phone. I attached photos of Samsung Galaxy note 10 that I received and sent back. I’m having extremely had time getting refund due me.

Review: Absolutely love this phone, but I bought it refurbished and when it arrived and I ran a standard device check, the battery said that it was at 80% capacity and that the battery on it was poor and was in red writing : (Well, it was definitely right. The battery dies so fast that I can’t even use it for work like I initially bought it for. I wish I could send it in and have another one sent out : (

Unfortunately the phone was not turning on, nor charging and glitch hing slightly. I called the number that came with the phone and the person addressed the situation quickly and efficiently, there were no problems in communication and turn around time. The (new device) works efficiently, it turned on and is doing what it’s supposed to. I bought it on behalf of my mom so I’ll update with a feedback after a month.
