Title: Trouble resuming music play after Siri command
Review: My J49 Bluetooth receiver won’t resume music playback through the 3.5mm jack after I’ve successfully issued command(s) through Siri. Im used to being able to tell my phone “Hey Siri play songs by so-and-so” and hearing through the car’s speaker system “now playing songs by so-and-so” and the music will play through the speakers via the 3.5 mm connection. Now I’ll get the “now playing songs by so-and-so” response but silence, even though the music counter/timer shows playing. I have to unpair and re-pair the J49 to get it to play through the 3.5 mm jack again. Tried all Siri and iPhone settings. No joy. My older BT receiver works fine this way, just got a bad battery and had to be replaced. No longer available, so went with the J49 but doesn’t work as expected…On the other hand, the J22 model by same company works perfectly.
