Title: great, but…
Review: It’s a fantastic book with a lot of great tips specifically about setting up your classroom. HOWEVER, it is written from the perspective from a self-contained teacher and offers no tips or alternatives for a teacher who is teaching decompartmentalized. Other than that I enjoyed the book and especially the section that ‘characterizes’ 4th graders and gives you a perspective of their psychology at that point
