Title: DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
Review: This thing is extremely difficult to use. I don’t believe it is designed for video conferencing. Maybe it’s only supposed to work with a smartphone. The real problem is that there is no support. They have buttons for support on their site but they only go to more pictures of people wearing the headset. There is only one video for this product, and it shows you how to pair it with your phone. And even then, once it’s paired, it keeps getting disconnected.I used the Bluetooth paring device to pair it to my Mac, but the voices were high pitched like cartoon voices. And I could hear my voice in the speakers. The software is very confusing. I put an app on my phone that was helpful but there wasn’t an equivalent for my mac computer. The software they did have was meaningless,Maybe all these problems could have been soved with a few minutes on a chat line but there isn’t a chat on their site, there isn’t a manual, and you can’t talk to anyone.

Title: Does the job
Review: Purchased these only to use with VOIP phone calls. I have not used them to listen to music. People complained about previous headsets because I sounded like I was in a tunnel. This can be a network issue but was not an issue when I just used the speaker. Except for one person everyone said this headset with the boom microphone sounded natural. They said my voice sounded normal with no distortions. The Bluetooth seems to stay connected walking a distance away from it. Haven’t tested the extremes but you don’t have to hover over the connected device. My biggest issue is connecting and disconnecting from a phone or tablet. When a call comes in I want it to flawlessly connect and then at the end easily disconnect. I am getting better at it. I believe there are other headsets that do it more naturally. Some headsets have the on/off switch also setup Bluetooth using the same action depending on the hold time. Did these engineers really use them? This headset has it on the same switch but requires a different direction to enable it. I wish they were different switches but it is a good compromise.Over the ear makes your conversation sound muffled. There are ways to mitigate it. I don’t like it but a compromise for being able not to fumble with small buds.

Title: An honest working opinion.
Review: I have quite a few jabra elite products. I have the first generation of this headset which served me very well throughout the entire covid-19 pandemic when I was doing contact tracing efforts. If anything I had one issue in which it got wet And tech support handled it very well.I had assumed ( Major mistake) That this Would have been a much suitable and better upgrade, this has not been the case. The primary complaints I have are.1. The battery life is not fully accurate period if anything I can get about a full day charge, but there are some days to where I can get more days while doing the same thing.2. The microphone on this is terrible. I consistently have issues speaking to others either through my cell phone or through an ipad or through a laptop. I’ve also had issues in which my microphone with disconnect by itself from the headset.3. The only saving grace I will say is that this is a good music headset, You can adjust the audio levels. And it’s noise Canceling functionality Is far superior over the first generation. However that’s about it.I have to say, Jabra fumbled on this one pretty bad.

Review: The microphone is not working properly. It’s muffed and also it’s breaking. I used warranty for replacement and the second one is the same! The worst experience! That’s why Jabra is finishing the production of headsets and headphones!

Review: I used the Jabra Evolve 75 for a few years until the microphone stopped working (because of a well known issue, by the way). Other than the flimsiness, I did like the original Evolve 75 and I really wish I’d just bought the same model. Instead, I assumed that the Evolve2 would be an upgrade worth the small price difference. It was not. To me, it’s inferior in so many ways… that it’s become the bane of my existence. First off, it’s far less comfortable than the older model. It doesn’t open up big enough, such that I always feel they sit too high on my head. Second, the noise cancelling is attrocious and in some cases, it seems to reverse phase whatever ambient noise is around you resulting in what is ultimately double the noise. It must be kept off. But the part I hate the most is the little microphone which is soooo finicky. I start every call (many a day, btw) with the old “can you hear me?” (flip microphone up/down) “can you hear me?” (try again) until eventually, I can see zoom showing some audio coming from the microphone. People often complain that my voice is too quiet, muffled, or otherwise hard to hear. Headsets like these should be commodity electronics and I’m sure Jabra is making killer margins on these things, but I can’t imagine this will be sustained when the quality lacks so much…
