Title: Great intro. to exercising in the water
Review: I think that this book would be especially helpful for anyone getting acquainted with water exercise, especially those who may not know how to swim and/or may be starting out w/o benefit of a coach/instructor. Concise, factual, photos and descriptions of movements are very clear. Perhaps best of all, the author is relentlessly positive and encouraging, while also reiterating safety concerns.

Review: I still haven’t even read this through, but it seems informative and it’s the only existing book I can find with information pertaining to water aerobics. For that, it deserves a good rating! Contains exercises and explanations!

Review: I do deep water aerobics and was looking for a different set of exercises to work out with. This is more for shallow water though there are a few deep water in the book…Good book just not really what I was looking for. Would be good for shallow water routines.

Review: This is a very comprehensive book. I have access to a pool that is the right depth to perform the easy/med exercises. I have laminated an A4 to put at side of pool to go through a routine. I have a dodgy hip & 2 spinal discs so hope this will help me when I start soon.
