Review: TRENDnet AX3000 WiFi 6 + BT 5.2 works good in my PC. I have Windows 11 Pro and MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus motherboard with only wired ethernet port. It has an AMD CPU – Ryzen 7 2700X.Additional Info:This TRENDnet AX3000 requires a USB 2.0 port on the motherboard to be free if you want Blue Tooth. It comes with a cable that connects the card to the USB port. I had 2 USB 2.0 ports open on my PC because only the 3.2 ports are connected to the outside outlets that I plug my things into. You will have to check your PC – look for the manual online and it should show a diagram of all the connection spots.Anecdote:I recently moved my PC to a location needing wireless instead of a cable. PC is now downstairs and the router is downstairs, but not too far away. Also, I could use some Blue Tooth to connect my JBL Charge 4 instead of the poor quality PC speaker. For some reason I decided on this Trendnet AX3000 with BT 5.2. It is working good for me so far. I have 300Mbps internet and this is pretty steady at 302 to 317 Mbps. The Blue Tooth connects to my JBL Charge 4 speaker and plays good with a range of up to 50 feet. It may be the speaker limiting it, it’s older but I don’t know. Currently I’m using it as a PC speaker so its right under the monitor and works great.I am happy with this TRENDnet AX3000. It is working good with my PC that has an AMD CPU and Windows 11. I like having the Blue Tooth on my PC. Project Add-Wireless-to-PC completed – check. Blue Tooth operational – check. 5-stars earned.

Title: Boom baby!
Review: Awesome product! I’m no computer guru at all but I’ve been expanding my knowledge base lately. Needed a PCIe card for my HP Compaq Pro 4300 SFF. After a bit of research I found out I wanted dual band(2.4 and 5.0GHz) and bluetooth. This one fit the bill and had great reviews already. Package came in and I very quickly installed it. Powered on the computer and it immediately recognized it and connected no problem. No hassles at all. I’m getting the same download speeds all my other devices are. Bluetooth also worked easily as well. You’d honestly never known it hasn’t always been there. Nothing but happy with it.

Review: Easy to install and not one issue with it yet.I’ve had this for long enough to proper drive test before doing a review, and I can tell you it is wonderful.Other cards I’ve gotten have had issues such as randomly dropping Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on Windows 10, that is not the case with this one.No drops, stable connection, high speeds.

Title: Great value – works with no issues and meets performance expectations
Review: Not sure what other users might have been concerned about with this card; maybe due to their OS or computer. For me, running Win11 on an older Z170X MB with an I7-7700K CPU — this was plug and play. Didn’t even need to download or update drivers, Windows recognized the card instantly and I had WiFi and Bluetooth up and running with no issues at all. Great value for this card. Mine was marked “Made in Taiwan”, which was an additional plus.

Title: Linux and Windows 11 lasted 3 weeks
Review: I just came back to edit this review from a couple weeks ago because my monitor started flashing and would go black so I got another monitor and it did the same thing. My Dell workstation has two DisplayPort outputs and I swapped to the other port but the monitor kept flashing and then would go completely black and I wouldn’t see anything at all but my music was still playing through my headphones so I know the computer was still running. My alternative would be to test the computer on a different operating system and I happen to have Debian installed and operating and it was flashing the same way and would go completely black. I went back to the original tp-link and everything seems to be working fine so this will be returned.***I needed three or four Wi-Fi units for some desktop computers that I was building so I ended up ordering seven units because of the first three only had one that worked so I ordered four more and ended up with a couple of spares but I decided to go ahead and test them. Because I already had the drivers installed from tp-link which I downloaded from Intel website, I just pulled the other one out and put this one in and turned it on and conveniently just connected to WiFi and Bluetooth. Windows 11 and Linux both get maxed out speeds of 120mb/s and the Bluetooth works between floors which totally amazed me. So many times I tried to use Bluetooth and I couldn’t even leave the room or go more than about 15 ft.

Review: This is a short review for the Trendnet AX3000 wireless adapter PCIe card (TEW-907ECH).Although this isn’t obvious in the product description, it is based on Intel’s AX200 chip.The drivers that come with the product are signed by Intel, and you can get the latest drivers for that chip on Intel’s website (just search for “ax200 drivers”).Installation went well under Win10 (I don’t have Win11). Nothing negative to say: Wifi and Bluetooth connections worked well, and I was glad to upgrade to WPA3 security.For Linux users:I have (quickly) tested this card on a Linux Mint 22 system, with Linux kernel 6.8.x, and the Wifi was functional out of the box. According to Intel’s website, support should be available for linux kernel 5.1+, but I haven’t tested that.Note that I could pair Bluetooth devices in LM22, but they were not functional. I didn’t inquire further, lack of time, so maybe I needed to configure something.

Review: Works fine on Linux (Ubuntu desktop). It does not get detected sometimes and I suspect it may be the drivers or something. Its not often enough to be an issue for me, but a reboot fixes it.Note that the Bluetooth is done using an internal USB cable that connects to an internal USB header on the motherboard. The Bluetooth was more finnicky for me, but I think I may have a bad USB cable that came with mine or something since after re-inserting the internal USB cable a few times it has been more reliable.
