Title: Exactly as promised
Review: I was a bit nervous about buying “a brand new, unlocked phone with high speed charging, etc… but it came exactly as promised. I also added the wireless charging base and everything thing arrived quickly and in original packing. Thank you!

Title: Not REALLY usable on Verizon
Review: The ad for this phone was very misleading. It should be made CLEAR that this is an AT&T phone. While this unlocked phone MAY work on Verizon (and Verizon verified it would prior to my purchasing), many of the features do not. This includes important things like Wifi Calling and Visual Voice mail. I can’t make calls at home where I have a weak mobile signal because I can’t connect calling to wifi, and still have no idea when someone is leaving me a voicemail. The annoying AT&T ecosystem is still everywhere on the phone, even though I can’t access those features either because I am using it on the Verizon network. Also, there are things built into the operating system of the phone that are lacking, including the antenna structure that Verizon uses being superior to AT&T- can’t access that. The phone came with an outdated android operating system and won’t update. Verizon has escalated my problems in trying to help and gave me resources to improve the “bugs”, which mostly involve adding 3rd party apps. I had not even identified all of the issues within the 30 day return window, so here I am, 5 months later with a half working phone that I can’t use in my home office to make calls or see when voicemail comes in. This is/was an in demand phone. Why not just sell it to AT&T customers instead of deceptively indicating it will work fine on other networks?

Title: Terrible Battery Life – Constant Software Updates!!
Review: Great looking phone – but over $600 in the hole. Did not connect the phone with a wireless subscriber and continue to use it for the 90 days under guarantee. Just tried to use the phone full time and discovered the battery has a terrible life. Every 5 min of use, expect to lose 3+% of battery life. Learn from my mistakes – right after purchase, put your phone to full time use so that you can detect major issues like this lol.**Update 7/25/23; Phone performs constant software updates. This was the one thing i thought would go away after purchasing it and turning it on. Update after update. Basically the phone is not usable!!Seller not interested in resolving the issue. Please be aware and save yourself the time!!!

Title: A week and I cannot see the standard screen or set up this phone.
Review: I’ve had this for a week and cannot get the screen to work right. The user guide is VERY USELESS. I likely am missing something obvious but I have wasted HOURS trying to set this phone up. As always there is no provision for in-person help.
