Title: Great gimbal and light
Review: Absolutely great gimbal for the price and all its features. Light enough and strong to handle my heaviest set up with my xt4. Battery life is great when balanced correctly. I very much enjoy every time i use it.

Title: No power, battery dead, wont charge, can’t replace!
Review: I posted a comment about this piece of stabilizer a while back and my post was deleted, perhaps my words were a little unkind so let me try and be a little less unkind.The Weebill 2 Pro has great features and works well, though it is quite heavy. The main problem I have is that you can not replace the battery as the work required to access the battery requires a pro shop and lots of time and money to merely get access to the battery. There are numerous videos on YT detailing the insane difficulty in just getting to the battery. All my cameras I’ve used for decades have had replaceable batteries that can be swapped out in seconds, but the Weebill 2 Pro takes hours using specialized tools only pro shops have.And, ultimately, the problem is deeper than this because as a device, the Weebill 2 Pro stabilizer is not an everyday tool unless you are a pro videographer — this is not a cellphone that you use every single day and is instead a piece of kit that gets used sporadically and as such the requirement to have an easily replaceable battery is even greater than a cellphone or even a DSLR.So, on operational performance alone I’d rate the Weebill 2 Pro about 3.5 out of 5, but due to the inability to replace the battery and the fact that the use case of this device results in weeks or months on non-use, the battery has a high probability of failure rendering the stabilizer useless. I was preparing to take my Weebill 2 Pro on a trip to photograph the Big Boy Steam Train during it’s western trip in June/July 2024, but when I was getting things ready, like charging my camera batteries, I attempted to charge the Weebill 2 Pro but it would not take a charge and could not be powered up — my $700+ stabilizer was dead. Now I’m out $700+ and I will never buy anything from Zhiyun ever again. I will not reward this level of product failure by giving Zhiyun one more penny — EVER!

Title: Dead On Arrival- Won’t power on or charge
Review: I was really excited for this. When I opened the box the quality looks excellent. Everything packed nicely and all very heavy duty.The gimbal itself is very heavy, compared to other comparable gimbals.So here was my issue. The unit arrived dead. Wouldn’t power up or take a charge. A quick internet search on this and many others had the same issue.Hey no problem, I contacted the company to see what could be done about it.I sent the email Friday afternoon. I didn’t get anything back until Monday. Each reply back would be once per day and only in the am. So 3 responses back and forth took until Wednesday to get some kind of resolution.The resolution was for me to send it to the service team in VA as my battery was not activated during production and would need a trained tech to do it. That’s fine I would of done it, but I needed to pay to ship this 10 lb gimbal, when it arrived unusable because they didn’t ensure the unit worked before shipping. Which is a bit comical because the unit has a QC sticker and the name of the person on a paper that performed the quality check. I don’t think they did the job right that day.I wasn’t going to pay to ship it to have it fixed. The guy I dealt with was nice, just slow responses and the fact I needed to pay to ship it for warranty work as it was dead on arrival is plain unacceptable.The resolution was not to my liking so I sent the unit back for a refund. Purchased a DJI Ronin 2 Pro instead. A little more money, but a company I trust and they back their products.I wanted and tried so hard to give this company a shot, but when you drop this kind of money on equipment I need it to work and I need you to stand behind it.

Review: Hello, i just purchased this gimbal, the thing would not NOT charge!!! and on top wont turn on, it is a DUD, !!! it was a christmas gift for a friend that works with me, that has a video contract with me for 7500 dollars im now GOING TO LOOSE and wont be able to pay for my BABY AND PREGNANCY because you guys are selling FAULTY products!!! i need a replacement sent ASAP or a refund to amazon gift card pronto! this is seriously messed up and im going to post this all over social media. i have tried everything from 10 different usb and usbc chargers, to bringing to a nearby shop that said it is a dud. im so livid about this !!!!

Review: Buscaba un estabilizador de cámara para mis mirrorles donde pudiera llevar el monitor y el transmisor de manera compacta, el weebill2 tiene una pantalla que se puede poner en 3 posiciones para poder ver la imagen de diferentes ángulos, necesitas la versión pro con el transmisor para poder ver la imagen de tu cámara. Aunque se ve algo pequeño es una medida de referencia bastante buena. Dentro los accesorios incluidos en la versión pro tenemos el follow Focus con una respuesta de velocidad bastante óptima y profesional. La mochila es muy útil si eres un poco desorganizado. Si estás pensando en comprar el webillS es muy parecido pero con menos potencia y sin la ventaja de la pantalla monitor acoplada. Han mejorado la ergonomía y los acabados de los materiales con respecto a otros gimbals.

Review: I had to send the gimbal back, I fully charged first and when I wanted turn on it took 25mins of trying before turning the gimbal on.I used just once, it an awesome gimbal, I think the best. But very disappointed that mine some major issues.I’ll send mine back and definitely I’ll buy it again hopefully next time no issues.

Review: Un genial producto para dar un valor añadido a tus trabajos, tengo el WEEBILL S y es un genial estabilizador pero esta nueva versión es una mejora muy sustancial, mejor estabilización, mas robusto, materiales de mas calidad, los controles muy mejorados.La pantalla para mi es lo mejor del Weebill 2, tienes un todo en uno, ya no me es necesario tener que llevar mi pantalla, con la bateria, cables, soporte, todo. Es tactil y puedes controlar todo el gimbal desde ella con una respuesta instantanea.Y ya claro si le añadimos el trasmisor ya es impresionante, tiene muy buen brillo al sol y se puede mover en muchos ángulos para poder siempre visualizar lo que estés grabando.En resumen, 100% contento con el producto y el trato de la marca, un servicio post y pre venta de 10.
