Review: A must have for anyone doing work with circuit boards. I used to use soldering paste but that was to sticky and messy. This stuff works amazing and cleans up easy.a little goes a long way. Been using it to help mod PS5 boards.. highly recommend product

Review: I’ve used this on both leaded and lead free solder and both seem to be fine. I don’t mind the loose plunger or the smaller tip. I tend to be a bit ham fisted and the combination of features helps (forces) me to slow down and use less strength and more patience. The removable plunger means it always packs down to the same length regardless of how full it is. And I’m not going to accidently squeeze some out in my toolkit when things shift. The result is clear, not yellow or brown so I guess you could avoid cleaning, but it still has a shiny glare that interferes with inspection. So cleaning with IPA helps me better see what I did.I

Title: Does what it should, you should probably still clean it up though
Review: I’ve been out of solder flux for too long. I keep telling myself ahhh it’s fine without it but no it’s not always. I decided to just go ahead and order some more from Amazon. I knew I wanted to try some that is applied via a syringe to make a, number of things easier for me. I also wanted to try a no-clean flux so I decided on this one.First impressions were that the kit comes with a few things extra like a 2nd smaller but empty syringe and 2 different sized tips. One thing I wasn’t really expecting was the plunger for the flux is not built in nor can be made fixed by any means I can see. When you need it you just slide the plunger in and press but setting the flux down can easily initiate said plunger coming out and rolling away. I guess this is good and bad, good because it packs up smaller but bad because you could lose the plunger.As for the flux it worked pretty well, it did smoke more than I anticipated so be prepared for that. Was it a used car tire soaked in diesel amount of smoke no. It was more like a candle being snuffed, everytime you heated some flux up. Regarding the no-clean side of things, that’s subjective. For me it liquified into a pretty decent clear pool around the flux. Now being no-clean means it’s not supposed to be corrosive but given the size of the pool created it’s probably better to clean it up with IPA in many cases.All in all I like it and I just wish the plunger could be fixed in place.

Review: Soy músico y no me dedico profesionalmente a soldar componentes electrónicos.Desde muchos años atrás siempre he usado pasta para soldar de la tradicional y nunca había utilizado líquido Flux y mucho menos usando una jeringa.Realmente me gustó mucho lo práctico de usarlo de ésta manera, aunque para mí todavía estoy en el proceso de acostumbrarme a usarla, puedo ver que es completamente distinto su manejo, ya que antes yo tenía que pasar la soldadura de estaño por la pasta para embarrarla y los componentes también pero a la vez, lo que no me gustaba es que dejara embarrada la tarjeta del componente y era más difícil de remover.Con ésta forma de usar la jeringa para aplicar el Flux, puedo ver que es otra manera de trabajar, mucho mejor.Me gustó que tiene 2 puntas de distinto calibre para aplicar el Flux.Recomendado.

Title: Works for normal electrical work
Review: I did not use this for fancy electronic work, instead I needed it for odd electrical jobs around the house and this fits what I needed. I can’t compare it against other/better flux but for what I needed it’s good enough.
