Title: Only Detects Motion When It Wants to
Review: I bought several of these camera systems because they are wireless and solar powered. Only 2 cameras of the first 3 camera system stay connected to the NVR. Second system has 6 cameras. None detect motion even when I drive my vehicles past them or am cutting the grass and moving around. I have tried using different apps, deleting and reinstalling the app, factory resetting the cameras and NVR, but still no luck. Their tech support is non existent. Don’t waste your time or money with these.

Title: What’s most important is to know there’s help when you need it but I didn’t get it!
Review: I called the oossxx company for help no one called me back two of the camers went out an wont come back on. I will be reaching out to Amazon about the two cameras being out.The cameras show good there’s little things I need help with and there’s nobody to help me ! I’m unhappy with these cameras I going to look for a return so sad because they show so good !

Title: good luck with getting operational or even getting tech support to do so
Review: POOR documentation, unavailable/useful tech support in getting system operational. hardware seems ok, but software is problematic, support unavailable/ useless and documentation very poor (even after using magnification to read, still was unable to get system to operate as described). getting call back with tech support does not seem possible
