Title: Modernize Your Car/Truck
Review: This infotainment system is a fantastic way to add the modern features of high-end vehicles into older model cars/trucks. I have never owned a car with a modern center infotainment system and this product is a life changer. The android auto integration allows me to play music from youtube/spotify, have google maps functionality (mapping, object detection, etc.), and control content wirelessly. This is especially useful when driving in unfamiliar places where I could miss a turn. Instead of having to stop, take my phone out from a phone holder, and fix the route, I can now just reroute and select the best route using voice commands. The backup camera is also really helpful, especially in taller cars/trucks where you can’t always see directly behind the vehicle. This kit also includes an installation guide. At first, the installation seemed daunting but the installation guide made it much simpler. This kit truly modernizes older model vehicles for a relatively low price when compared to other infotainment systems like Tesla models.

Title: Avoid
Review: I bought this when Amazon showed it in response to my “Automotive Android Head Unit” search. This is actually a phone mirroring device. When I installed it I found very few expected connections. Now its installed and barely does more than play static. Even the mirroring doesn’t work correctly. This device is worth half of what Amazon is selling it for. IT IS NOT A HEAD UNIT.

Title: Tesla-esque!
Review: I’ve been using this screen for about 4 months and so far so good! I would say the only issue I have is occasionally the wireless carplay doesn’t initiate right away, but I can usually just disconnect bluetooth and reconnect, or turn off the car and back on and it will connect. For the cost, I’m very happy with this product and I feel like I’m part-Tesla with the screen size!

Review: Even though I haven’t installed the 10 Inch IPS Touch Screen Double Din Car Stereo yet, I’m already impressed with the quality and features. The display looks vibrant and sharp, and it feels sturdy and well-made. I love that it supports wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink—super convenient for a modern setup. Title: Works as advertised – nice upgrade from my old Sync 1 in my 08′ Mercury Mountaineer
Review: Installed this in my 2008 Mercury Mountaineer (like a Ford Explorer) to replace my aging sync 1. The factory maps were out of date and the screen was getting dim. So I removed the original radio (I used you tube for instructions on the removal)…I had to order a Metra Dash kit & Wiring harness adapter. I soldered all the connections and then heat shrink wrapped them. This made it basically plug and play – no cutting or splicing the factory harnesses. I also ordered a steering wheel control kit for it as well so I could retain the factory settings. Pairing the radio with my iPhone was very easy as well. I can stream current google maps or whatever app you use for navigation directly on the radio screen. I can also stream music from Pandora, Sirius XM or whatever music app you like to use. The 10″ screen is nice and bright and very responsive. The only thing I had noticed is that when I first turn the radio on it makes a crackling/thumping noise through the amplifier. Not sure why it does that? This radio was an affordable upgrade for my vehicle…Pretty happy with it so far.Quick update: it quit connecting to my iPhone both wirelessly and wired. I’m returning it for a replacement. I will keep the wiring harness so I don’t have to solder everything again. I hope it was just a faulty radio unit.

Title: Make sure that you have electrical skills
Review: The unit itself is very nice so far. Except the mounting bracket is very cheesy and I had to modify it to work on my E350 and have it moderately theft proof. When I ordered it it said it would fit an E350 super duty the video cable was too short and I had to buy an extension.The wiring harness was not plug and play and there was not an adapter harness in the package so I had to rewire the harness to my old plug. If you don’t have any electrical experience I would not try to tackle that unit. There was some links where you could buy an adapter plug but I didn’t see anything on all three of the links that was suitable. I would rate installation as moderately difficult. Definitely not plug and play in 5 minutes. I did bench test the unit before I attempted installation. The backup camera mounting brackets is a little cheesy flimsy but it mounted okay and the clarity seems pretty good. The quality of the radio is good. Boot up time was a little slowThe hands-free interface is slow and there is a little bit of lag but that might be because of my phone. But for the price I cannot complain.

Title: Broken
Review: It worked perfectly for a few months and now it will turn on but won’t play sound went through a long process of rewiring a whole different car to test if it was a wiring problem and it wasn’t it fried something internally would return it and refund it but can’t!
