Title: Sorry I so wanted this to work.
Review: This was advertised as snoring and apnea help. I have had a CPAP for several years. When you adjust to them (took one night) you get deep restful sleep. However traveling with it is a hassle so I after seeing the mixed reviews I thought since Amazon will take anything back why not give it a try. The directions were very small, but mostly clear. The placement part was pictures and not a great angle to know exactly where to place it, but I believe I got it in the right place. It also stayed in place very well. Gentle massage is incorrect it gives you a shock however it was gentle. Only shocked me when I spoke not when I slept. It did not keep my airway open and did not help me rest. I did not sleep enough to see if it stopped snoring. Tried it two nights and gave up after tossing for four hours. THIS DOES NOT WORK AND YOU WOULD DO WELL TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ALSO MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO RETURN. YOU CANT JUST DROP IT OFF AT KOHLS OR UPS YOU MUST PRINT A LABEL AND PUT IT IN A SHIPPING BOX. TO ME THIS MEANS THEY KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO RETURN IT AND WANT TO MAKE IT HARDER. IN ANY CASE SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX.

Review: Honestly, I was pretty skeptical about the Z3 Pro since anti-snoring gadgets can be hit or miss, but after dealing with my partner’s not-so-subtle hints about my nighttime noise levels, I figured it was worth trying before we ended up in separate bedrooms.
