A quick rundown of this product’s key features:
True Open Ear Headphones: PSIER headphones adopt a completely open design, the earbuds can be gently and firmly placed on the top of the ear. Open ear earbuds are typically lighter and more breathable than in-ear headphones, making them more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. (Please clean the headphones after use to extend their lifespan)
Be Aware of Surrounding: Since open ear headphones don’t go into your ears, they can make you more aware of your surroundings. When you listen to music while running or cycling outdoors, you can still hear approaching cars or other potential hazards and go through the day with safety.
40H Playtime & Digital Display: On single fully charge, bluetooth headphones last up to 20 hours, and the charging case can charge the earbuds an additional time, so you can get 40 hours of total playtime from a fully charged case. In addition, the smart LED Power Display in the case shows the remaining power in real-time, which lets you know if the charging case or running headset needs to be charged or not. Don’t have to worry about any power issue.
Powerful Stereo Sound : Equipped with 16.2 millimeters vibrating diaphragm speaker drivers that are 3 times larger than other wireless earbuds, headphones provide pure balanced audio and clarity output for all music genres. Crystal clear, deep, resonant bass, finely tuned sound signature delivers immersive sound that puts you on the center stage.

Title: Product description is a bit vague
Review: Now that I’ve used these for a few days, I hope I can answer a few of the questions that I had before I clicked “Order.”Overall, this seems to be a very well-engineered product, both ergonomically and functionally. This is a pair of complementary (left and right) earpieces. Both can be used simultaneously, or either one can be used by itself, as a handsfree mobile phone headset. Both pieces include a microphone and a touch control. The case is a charging buffer: you charge the case by connecting it to a USB-C line connected to a power source. The case, in turn, charges the earpieces. The earpieces have to be in the case while it charges. When you put an earpiece into the case, it connects to two tiny electrodes to charge. The case will charge one or both earpieces. A digital readout shows the charge remaining on the case. The marketing says 20 hours of battery life for the earpieces and 40 hours on the case, neither of which I have put to the test. However, I have used them for several hours which barely reduced the remaining charge. A total of 40 hours is plausible, if your host device is using Bluetooth 5.2 or higher (BT 5.2 includes LE Audio, which reduces battery consumption). The case has a hidden gentle magnetic closure, which keeps it closed when it is in a pocket or, I presume, a purse; there are likewise magnetic stays for the earpieces so if you open the case upside down they won’t fall out. When the product is just out of the box, there is tape over the electrical contacts; it must be removed to charge. There is also tape over the digital display which should be removed. Each earpiece has a touch control (the product photo shows a bright blue fingerprint for illustrative purposes only–the product does not have a blue fingerprint on it). Tapping the left turns the volume down, tapping the right turns the volume up. If you are listening to music, a long press (2 sec) on the left jumps to the beginning of the song, or (if you are close to the beginning already) to the beginning of the previous song; a long press on the right jumps to the beginning of the next song. All other actions are identical for either left or right: double tap to pause or restart a song, or to answer or end a call. If a call is coming in, a long press rejects the call. A triple-tap activates Siri, if you have Siri available. A quintuple (5x) tap activates “Gaming mode” which reduces the lag (small delay which is always present in a Bluetooth connection).Changing the volume, FF/RW, and answering or ending a call can still be controlled as normal from the host device. I presume Siri can be activated as well, but I don’t have an iPhone so I cannot confirm. While these are not intended to give top-shelf sound reproduction, they get the job done well. Volume is good, and I don’t hear any hiss or pops.Because these are over-the-ear, nothing sits inside your ear canal and ambient sound is not at all suppressed. This is good for listening to music in the office. I never know when a coworker might show up behind me and wants to ask a question, and since I have long hair, they can’t see the matte-black earpieces; they just start talking. As long as the volume isn’t set to “earsplitting,” I can hear normal conversation.I wear wire frame glasses and do not find that these earpieces interfere in any way.Cons:The shape of the “hooks” is fixed and goes about halfway around the ear, so it is easy to accidentally knock them off my ear. But as long as I’m not too much of a spaz when I toss my hair back it isn’t a major problem. Also, the case hinges along one side (see product photos) but when it is closed the surface is quite smooth and symmetrical. This makes opening the case a little difficult–it can be hard to get purchase if you are wearing mittens. If it’s dark and you can’t see which way you are holding the case, you might be trying to open the hinge side, or you might be holding it upside down. A bit of tactile feedback, such as grooves or ridges, would be an improvement.

Title: Holds a charge and is comfortable. Great for longer usage.
Review: I ordered these headphones in July of 2024 and have been using them daily ever since.I wear these headphones a minimum of 5 hours a day and they are comfortable with excellent sound quality. They hold a charge much longer than earbuds I’ve worn in the past and charge very quickly and recharge quickly. The case also holds a charge for a long time. I have to charge my case once (maybe twice) per week. These have been my favorite headphone/earbud purchase and I found them to be more than worth the price.

Title: Impressed with Customer Service!
Review: Update 5-9-25: Based on my review below, the manufacturer contacted me, letting me know that the warranty was now extended to 2 years AND they had new model. They offered to send me the new model as a replacement or reimburse me my original cost. I was very impressed by this. I took the offer of the new model. I received it last week and have been using it since then. The new square shaped box is easy to open and has a digital display of the battery level on the OUTSIDE. The headphones pair together consistently as well as working alone if I only want to wear one at a time.Original Review:I have owned these over the ear headphones for about 15 months. My in the ear buds were continually falling out as well as making it a I couldn’t hear if someone was trying to talk to me. The problem is, I often wear just one earbud…pretty much the only time I wear two is when I am meditating or listening to binaural beats. And NOW, they will only connect separately, one at a time. So I cannot connect both earphones to the same device at the same time. So I can no longer use for meditation, which I am now doing daily. Unable to find a reset button and haven’t been able to press the right and left controls in the right sequence for a restart.I totally agree about the case being difficult to open. Oh my gosh has this been frustrating on countless occasions. I put a blotch of finger nail polish on the top opening area and this helps at least know WHICH side to open but sometimes I swear the damn thing has a magic lock that I can’t figure out.I definitely love the bone conduction option rather than in the ear!

Title: Excellent for sensory issues
Review: I bought this as a gift for my husband. He has sensory issues with normal earbuds, and struggles with big headsets. He loves these, and has told me that they have helped him to hear parts and lyrics of songs he already liked that he hadn’t heard before.

Title: Great customer service!
Review: I had a pair of the po6 model that were absolutly fantastic. I left the charging case on the plane so I emailed customer service to see if I could buy another as those headphones were not available on amazon any more. To my surprise they sent me a new pair free of charge. What service. I was so impressed that I bought this set for my husband. They are even better than the 96 if possible. I love then because they do not hurt your ears, I can hear what else is going on so I don’t feel claustrophobic and the sound is unexpectedly good. Would 100 percent recommend getting these, especially as the customer support is so amazing!
