Title: Constantly loses connectivity
Review: I really wanted a mono headset for my computer and soft phone/Teams. This brand was recommended by a colleague so I gave it a try. After one day, the headset disconnects and I’m constantly having to pair it again. I’m losing calls and spending way too much time trying to reconnect. I don’t know if it’s because I bought a renewed headset or not, it just seems to keep disconnecting. Also, I charge it overnight and every morning it’s still not at 100%. It should not take more than 12 hours to charge a headset. I do like the design, very comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is good. I also like that the microphone/mouth piece rotates 360 degrees so you can find a spot that works best for you. Overall, the design is great but the connectivity issues aren’t worth the money. Mine is going back today.

Title: I’ll doubt a renewed product again.
Review: Great quality! It was said to be renewed but I can’t believe it was not brand new! Only thing missing was the manufacture boxing. Work perfect with my soft phone and MS teams. Only thing, the headband is tight on my ear, but otherwise works as designed.
