Title: Tusk… an Ice Age quandary.
Review: Product was well-packed and comes with a very functional insert, in terms of storing game pieces/components.The instructions/rules are rather clunky but after a game or two’s worth of practice it unfolds pretty quickly. Speaking of quickly, games are generally over in about 20 to 30 minutes at a player count of three. Would likely go faster with two but it’s a rather boring game with so few players. Play it at a player count of three or four, as it seems to be the sweet spot.Because of how quickly the game wraps up and the overall difficulty (hunting the mammoth in particular) being higher rather than lower, I recommend starting off with a house rule: Every player starts the game with 1 tasty food token. This gives each player a real choice to start the game off with instead of having a ‘catching up but not really’ feeling that overarchs the whole game, when you realize you can’t hunt the mammoth without getting killed, combat is inevitable, and resources are scarce.Tusk has the potential to be a fun game to play, but you have to be lenient with it. It’s clunky and the game designer(s) didn’t even bother to address who wins in the event of a tie… but it’s got a nifty theme and enough interesting game mechanics to at least give players a few memories to talk about when teasing one another about what happened in a given game. The ice age cometh!

Review: Nothing wrong with the product. Parts all came in perfect condition and looks great. Gameplay wise however its awful. I do not recommend. This is a one and never again game.
