Review: High carb recipes with single serves in all of the recipes (except one) being mostly in the 15-40 grams of carbs per serve. If you’re trying to stick to a diabetic safe low carb diet then just one serving of any of these items will push your carb load out for the day.And there are no pictures at all so you can’t even see what these recipes should look like if you made them. And the double spacing in a lot of the recipes means there really aren’t that many included in this ‘book’.There are heaps of low carb healthy diabetic recipes out there but this book is full of exactly the sorts of things that diabetics need to steer clear of to be healthy.Avoid.
