72mm Filter Kit – UV, CPL & FLD Filters
UV – Ultra Violet Protection Filter: Absorbs some ultraviolet light and reduces bluish cast of daylight. General protection filter reduces dust, moisture, and scratches from reaching lens elements.
CPL – Circular Polarizer Filter: Eliminates ultraviolet rays from outdoor shots as well as polarizing the light to remove reflections, and increase color saturation, without affecting the overall color balance
FLD – Fluorescent Light Filter: Is used when you wish to correct for the greenish tone that appears when shooting daylight film under general purpose fluorescent lighting.
This filters are compatible with all lenses with 72mm filter diameter. Please verify your camera’s lens thread size before ordering. Your camera’s lens thread size will be marked somewhere on the lens barrel or printed underneath your lens cap. This number is always preceded by a “Ø” (diameter) symbol. For example: Ø72 = 72mm lens thread size.
