Title: Perfect size pearl sugar.
Review: I purchased this sugar to put on top of panettone and it was perfect. Last year I used Belgian Pearl sugar and it was way too big and it all fell off during the rising process. The Swedish pearl sugar is the perfect size. It stayed on and made the finished product look beautiful.
