Title: Learn Something While Killing Time
Review: First, I prefer the old pencil/paper crosswords to other formats – there’s something kind of cozy and personal about tackling these. Second, I like being able to tear out the puzzle pages as it makes them easier to handle. Third, it’s the New York Times crossword for heaven’s sake. This book is filled with Monday and Tuesday puzzles. They’re quick but challenging. They’re perfect for relaxing and wasting a bit of time. But watch out, they’re addictive and can easily “kill” a lot of hours.

Review: Nice, recent puzzles…not dated or archaic as some NYT volumes tend to be. Knocked off a star because the pages are not perforated at all despite product description and advertising on actual book. Overall great buy if you don’t require the removable pages.

Title: Easy but not too easy!
Review: This is a nice crossword book. I tear the sheets out before I do them, I’m midway through the book and tearing the pages is extremely easy. I also use a marker pen when I complete the crosswords and I don’t have issues with the ink bleeding through which is nice. They are Monday & Tuesday level crosswords, so easy enough to not get frustrated and have to think too hard, but challenging enough to not be bored.

Review: This was my second purchase of this crossword book. Unlike the first one, whose pages were easily removed due to perforations, this second book had no such perforations. Aside from that, I enjoyed working these crosswords.
